First the delivery- In the pictures you can see how this was delivered. The box was torn open and the amount of tape tells me it was busted open during shipping. Screws and hardware were loose in the packaging. This frame was super easy to install. For those complaining that parts weren’t labeled- they don’t need to be. Headboard, foot board, side rails. Not hard to identify at all. Took all of 30 minutes to install- but highly recommend getting a drill bit set instead of hand cranking with a key. Seems sturdy for the price- and I can vouch that the cloth is easy to clean! As you can imagine from the pictures of my busted box- there were stains throughout. Bad enough I was going to return. Wife used oxyclean and a rag and it come out super easy. What I’m most impressed by is how quiet this thing is. My last bed frame (4x the cost) squeaked when I moved waking the wife. This frame has ZERO squeak or noise due to them putting foam on the metal frame where wood touches. Brilliant!! For the money- this is a great buy!! I don’t usually buy furniture from Amazon, but I decided to give this bed frame a shot, and I’m so glad I did! The price was great, and the quality really surprised me – it’s super sturdy and well-made. Plus, the shipping was way faster than I expected. As with the other bed that we found for my mother, we spent time looking for a fabric bed for my room. I wanted to stick with either a light to medium grey and/or black grey. It was easier to find other bedroom furniture to complement the light grey bed frame. We chose this one. What impressed me was that a majority of the pieces were already put together. I did not have a lot of pre-assembly to do. I did use a drill with an allen wrench drill bit. This is a must if you have arthritis or any type of pain in your hands and arms. I did have a few problems. One of the wood legs had a chip, one set of wood slats did not fit properly and had to be forced in which ripped a small hole in the fabric and the two pieces of the headboard, I had to assemble in reverse steps to get the center support to lay down correctly. But you can still see some slight uneven areas between the two pieces in my picture. So, why did I give them 5 stars? The company responded quickly once they received my complaint. They were kind and addressed all of my issues. I will be getting a replacement wooden foot and one set of wooden slats. My experience was probably a one off. As with anything, the pieces are pre-drilled and/or cut by a machine and some may not be exact. Regardless of the difficulties I had, the bed still looks great and my mattress fits perfectly. The bed is sturdy and the material is soft. I like how the light grey goes with all my furniture in the room. Is this a good bed? Yes. And I believe worth the cost. ... show more

This is a gorgeous bed, especially for the price. It was pretty easy to assemble between my teenage son & me. There are a lot of screws so we used an Allen wrench drill bit & it made assembly SO much easier. Get a drill bit for the screws to cut your time in half. We ordered the light gray, but it definitely looks like it’s the darker gray bed. Not sure if they sent me the wrong one or if this is just what the light gray looks like (it looks lighter online). We ended up keeping it because quite frankly I didn’t want to go through the trouble of trying to return the heavy box . The bed is low profile. We tried adding box springs to make a little taller but the bed felt wobbly so we opted for the mattress & the wood slats only. The wood slats aren’t super thick but it feels pretty secure. I think the bed is a great value, but don’t expect a super high quality bed. The pieces are a little thin so it doesn’t have that uber sturdy bed feel but it works for our teenage son. We just assembled the bed so he hasn’t used it yet. If we have any problems, I will update this review. Fingers crossed we don’t have issues! ... show more

this is THE PERFECT bed frame!! very good quality at a very reasonable price point. have been looking for a white bed frame similar to this style for around a year and couldn’t find anything i like for under 600. initially was unsure about ordering something off amazon, but am so happy i did. it’s the perfect color for a neutral/white color palette and perfect size for queen mattress without box springs which i was skeptical about - may buy queen box springs for an elevated look, but like that this is totally optional. it’s very heavy to carry also- you have to drag and even then it’s difficult. it’s best to open the box and carry in by pieces (what i did) ... show more
