This bassinet is pretty nice. It was super simple to assemble, comes with a nice soft pad for the baby to sleep on, and extends up high enough next to a 14" High Queen bed to still be easily accessible. I do also like the little straps that it comes with to secure it to the bed to guarantee that it won't go anywhere. I would say it does have 2 small cons that I easily look past, the first being that one of the legs that extends out doesn't prop back in all the way because it's spring loaded, and that sometimes makes it a little wide for smaller hallways. Overall I love this bassinet! My 10 week old has slept in it at night since the day he came home. Assembly was easy and it's awesome it comes with a travel bag (although honestly it would be quite large to travel with). My baby loves the mattress. Firm enough to reduce SIDS risk while back sleeping but also soft enough for comfort (unlike a pack n' play). The negatives are that even at the highest setting the bassinet mattress is about 2" lower than our mattress. I don't feel like our bed is abnormally high so that was disappointing. Due to this I don't take down the zippered side panel often but rather place my baby into the bassinet by reaching over the edge. It kind of defeats the purpose of having this style of bassinet so definitely do your measurements before purchasing. Another con is that there isn't mesh sidewalls all the way around. Both the top and bottom walls are fabric and the lower half of the zippered side wall is fabric. I wish it was all mesh like a halo bassinet. One of the main aspects that sold me however over other bassinets was the two support legs rather than one. We decided not to purchase a bed just yet, so we bought this bassinet mostly because it was gender neutral and we didn’t know they gender yet until baby was born. The set up is very straight forward, directions are well done, and I put this up by myself. The level for low and high are just right, and it’s just a well made and out together bassinet for the price.
