For the price, it's unbeatable. I was worried it was going to be low quality, but it's surprisingly good. The base is this plastic and the canopy bars are metal. Only problem is I can't get the top and bottom bars to stay in their attachments/brackets. They keep falling out. I could glue them in, but I'd like to be able to take it apart later, so I'll just keep putting them back in. Otherwise, solid purchase. Cute but a little flimsy. My daughter was thrilled to see Disney princesses on her new bed but she didn’t want to sleep in it because it was so uncomfortable. The plastic is sturdy but just cheap looking and not comfortable for a toddler that moves around a lot. I can see how she would outgrow this quite fast some decided to return it. I had a tough time putting it together but mainly from just not following the directions and I hate putting things together. I was just reading through the reviews on here and a lot of the 1 stars are from people who clearly also didn't read the directions. I saw someone said the side panel didn't fit when they clearly put it on the wrong side i also was trying to screw it in on the wrong side as well. A lot of people also didn't put the canopy on right. I actually did it wrong at first and it was saggy until I realized I out the pink/ white things in wrong. The plastic thing needs to tilt upward to give the canopy that canopy look. At first I did them wrong and they were outward pointing. I corrected it and couldn't believe how simple it should have been. It's a super cute bed and I am happy with it. I just wish I had read through the directions first. Also there's a youtube video that shows how to do it. There's actually a few videos on YouTube but some are homemade and actually did theirs wrong too and had to keep going back to refix so just make sure you are watching it done the right way and you will be fine. ... show more

This is a great toddler bed. Although I bought a toddler mattress to go with it, it was a very tight fit. I had to use an old mattress I had so it would fit. I seen alot of people saying very flimsy for the canopy, I don't see that at all. If you put it together right and used the screws on the canopy, it does not flop around. It's a great bed. If your bed came off to be flimsy or parts seems to not stay it's because YOU DID NOT PUT IT TOGETHER RIGHT. JS. Definitely worth the price my daughter loves it! ❤️ ... show more

We got this put together in about 20 minutes. Our preschooler loves it. Top of the canopy is flimsy but overall it’s a sturdy bed that’s fairly simple to put together

My niece loved the bed the only thing is the canopy is very flimsy very loose the bars be falling or coming loose have to be readjusting but the bottom part is firm. It can be a little tricky to assemble but not hard after u catch on.
