Great item, even better customer service. Feels good and I'm over 300lbs. Comes mostly assembled, and all tools are included. The seat came with some damage (may have been from shipping), but was replaced immediately. Great transaction with fast shipping.

I ride a lot of bikes. This bike is one of the hardest bike to ride. Frame is to high in the front. Gears are horrible.

So far I really like the bike. I bought it for an electric conversion and have been happy with it so far. The frame looks like its heavy duty and it's well equipped for a bike in this price range

    • They Tried Their Best to Compensate Me, So I Gave it a 3 Instead of a 0
Be prepared to spend another few hundred just to make it rideable. Things I needed to fix/replace: - Kickstand: How do you mess up a kickstand? 😔 - Chain: Snapped withing the first two minutes of riding. - Breaks: They are just poor quality in general. I had two shops tell me it would be impossible to get them to fully stop you, without the pads constantly rubbing on the disc. - Pedals: Cheap plastic that feels like it belongs on a child's bike. - Grips & Break Lever: Slide right off (screw stripped immediately) - Seat: Personal preference. - Handlebars: Sit way too low and forward (which I suppose could be considered personal preference) The bike also came with large scuffs and scratches, which it would've gotten within a few rides (but still). I wish I would've known all this, because I would've either asked for more money back or purchased a different bike. Pros: Weight Limit.... ... show more
