Converted into an Ebike Swytch, including the brakes are well performed, The old front rim still looks pretty cool so I'm keeping that. I did a lot of big changes for my customized triathlon bike (I call it Outroad SFDP 18 or Outroad SF Lightning II). 250 watt motor power is good and I mostly paddle assist more than throttle while it is used for backup. My project of this bike took me days to change out the brake lever (expensive Dura Ace), disc brake for heat dissipation, 5000 continental race tires, Redshift pedal lights, customized time trial handlebars for uniqueness, stronger adjustable kickstand, USS seat post for shock resistance, better soft racing seat, black wheel spokes with black rim Weinmann DP18. With the additions, 2 headlights (This one is out of stock), tail lights with double lasers on side, X GPS offline technology, mechanical portable air pump, portable & foldable locker, rockbros bag, and double cup holders on the rear seat. This whole thing cost me around $2000. The wheel spokes took me 4 days to finished if learned for the first time. Otherwise, the kit was pretty easy to install, the pedal sensor works flawlessly, the throttle works great and the OLED full control but my time trial handlebar has no room for them so I find another way to put them on by buying and using the handlebar extenders in the front. ... show more

I was worried it was gonna be a bad bike, but to my surprise it was not! It’s great quality also easy to build took my dad and I like 15 mins to put together. Would definitely recommend.

    • Think Twice Before You Buy This
I got this bike recently and am already regretting it. I put it together with the instructions, which were difficult to understand. I had to take the bike to a local bike shop, so they could finish assembling it and make it street safe. I went to pick up the bike today, and the store owner told me the bike is not very good. That doesn’t make me feel confident about riding the bike, so I’m either going to give it to Goodwill or just let it collect dust in my garage. ... show more

I expected some issues with the bike when it arrived and I wasn't disappointed. Front brake cable wasn't routed through the guide on the front fork causing cable to rub on the tire. Also, front rotor not centered in caliper. Managed to remedy both problems and bike is now all set.     • Get what you pay for
Easy to put together cheap shifters, needed fighting and recalibrating after a couple blocks of riding and had to tighten again after a longer ride otherwise light smooth ride, improving shifters and working out the derailleurs would probably improve the overall bike
