I wanted to update my review…. After leaving my review, the company reached out to me to see if they could make things right. They offered a replacement set. I accepted and paid he new set was set out. I received it very quickly. Assembly was much easier on this set (used my husband’s screwdriver with Allen wrench attachment). The cushions are thicker and A lot more comfortable. The set is beautiful, sturdy and well made. I love that the company was willing to stand behind their product. I love the look of the set. Assembly was a bit sketchy. Some of the holes were not aligned properly. Luckily my hubby is quite handy and was able to make it work. The cushions are not very substantial. So sitting for any period of time can be uncomfortable. The material seems very cheap. It has a bit of a shininess to it and they are very slippery. Personally, I don’t think they are worth the price. ... show more

Easy enough to put together but would not fully tighten until you have all the screws in and than get them in good. I used a drill to make sure they were god and tight. These chairs arrived in two boxes, each a bit over 30 lbs. Shipping was very fast! Amazon originally projected a two-week delivery timeframe but they arrived in 3 days. The boxes were in good condition and were easy to unpack. All pieces were included and in perfect condition - there were even extra screws! I was unable to assemble the chairs without help from my neighbor who used a ratchet driver and Allen head bit. The included Allen wrenches were too small to handle the task of assembly and made it painful for my hands. He was able to complete what I had started in about 20 minutes. Once assembled, the chairs look great, the ottomans fit perfectly, and they are comfortable to sit in. The chairside table is nice and big. There is no support under the top so I will probably set a large serving tray or a piece of tempered glass on it so it does not sag. As others have noted, the cushion covers are slick polyester in a creamy off-white color. The seat bottom foam is reasonably firm. The back cushion is stuffed softly with batting and the ottoman cushion is thinner and less dense than the seat cushion. I have noticed that there is static electricity build-up. When I rise from the chair while holding the arms, I can feel small electric shocks in my hands. I look forward to enjoying more time on my patio now that I have comfy chairs with ottomans to stretch out on. ... show more

Wanted a cute chair and table set that have a foot rest that slides underneath the chairs. These are cute,comfortable and I like that I don’t have to keep the ottoman out to save on space. They were a lot cheaper than ordering off other sites.

This is a pretty nice set, with a couple of caveats. Instructions to put it together are clear and easy to follow. I don't recommend putting it together using the allen wrench tool they supplied, it would take hours and be very tiring. I used a drill with an allen wrench bit. That worked great! A couple of the holes don't line up well, but with some jiggling and maneuvering I was able to make all but one work. One just wouldn't screw in completely, so I just left it ... the chair was stable and seemed solid even like that, so that's how it stays. The table top is soft and unsupported, and putting a glass or anything the least bit unstable on it would result in the item falling over. I solved this by purchasing an acrylic sheet 18"x18" to go over the top ... at an additional $35.00. But I expect that to completely resolve that issue. All in all, it's a good, solid set, with just a couple of small issues, both easy to resolve, but at additional cost to me. ... show more

Seat cushion is iffy, back cushion is very flat. Width of chair is okay, height of chair, if you're 5' okay, otherwise it's a no. Box came completely torn up and with a bad odor. Tried putting on together, holes don't line up and tee table is super wobbly. Overall quality foes not seem like it will hold up or last ... show more
