Bought this to make a friend’s birthday cake. I used white candy melts for the lettering - easy removal from the silicone molds and easy to clean! I had some trial and error with the letters since air bubbles would form, but the silicone mat made it fairly easy to tap out the bubbles. My only wish is that there were double of each letter in the mat so that I could do multiples of the same letter at a time. ... show more
