This heat mat is a real time saver. I am not patient enough to wait 24 hours for resin to cure and this heat mat cuts that time WAY down! I love that this mat comes with a little insulation tent, so the heat actually stays around your projects. And It came with a beautiful alphabet mold that's usually like $10 minimum on its own!     • Worked good for about 6 months and Customer Service is out of this world!
I purchased this about 6 months prior and it started to warp over time (I used it a lot). I reached out to customer service to see if there's something I can do about the warping. They replied immediately and sent me a different heat mat to try. I am in awe of the way they want to make things right. In this day and age, customer service is almost not a thing anymore....well not at Istoyo. They're awesome! I have used several of their other products and have had no problems.     • Cheap. Warped heating pad
Heating pad warped up after a few uses. Now my pours won’t lay level .

Wish I had bought the one with the auto shut off. I forgot this was on and left over night. Scares me out of using it again. Size is good for a few small projects.

    • It WORKS!!
This lovely product was delivered today and I was excited about using it. Only problem was my fast set resin didn't arrive today, only the deep pour resin. I figured it would be a good test since the deep pour was an 6-8 hr demold. THREE HOURS after pouring I could demold them, but they were rubbery still, but not so much to hold a fingerprint. (I used the mold that came with the kit.) I left them all sitting on the mat (turned off) and came back an hour later. They were rock hard! So I used some other molds, thick and thin, and ran it for 2 hours. After 2 hours most of them were solid but soft. You will need to play around with your times and Temps (I used medium heat both tests.) It will all depend on your resin. But I am THRILLED with this product!!!! ... show more
