I purchased this about 6 months prior and it started to warp over time (I used it a lot). I reached out to customer service to see if there's something I can do about the warping. They replied immediately and sent me a different heat mat to try. I am in awe of the way they want to make things right. In this day and age, customer service is almost not a thing anymore....well not at Istoyo. They're awesome! I have used several of their other products and have had no problems. This heat mat is a real time saver. I am not patient enough to wait 24 hours for resin to cure and this heat mat cuts that time WAY down! This set up is different than the others out there in the respect that it has a cover and also a low, medium and high setting as well as 2, 4 and 6 hours so you have a lot of options to choose from. I will be purchasing a second one from them soon so I can cure a lot more at a time. ... show more

I love that this mat comes with a little insulation tent, so the heat actually stays around your projects. And It came with a beautiful alphabet mold that's usually like $10 minimum on its own! Timer was missing from the package completely, rendering the thing useless. Quality of materials used for mat are of poor quality. Do NOT recommend.
