This heat mat is a real time saver. I am not patient enough to wait 24 hours for resin to cure and this heat mat cuts that time WAY down! This set up is different than the others out there in the respect that it has a cover and also a low, medium and high setting as well as 2, 4 and 6 hours so you have a lot of options to choose from.     • Nice starter kit and heating mat
All you need accessories set with heating mat and cover. Had an issue with a defective heating mat but the company made it right by replacing it for me. Great customer service so if you do run into trouble they are very helpful in fixing the problem.

    • Worked good for about 6 months and Customer Service is out of this world!
I purchased this about 6 months prior and it started to warp over time (I used it a lot). I reached out to customer service to see if there's something I can do about the warping. They replied immediately and sent me a different heat mat to try. I am in awe of the way they want to make things right. In this day and age, customer service is almost not a thing anymore....well not at Istoyo. They're awesome! I have used several of their other products and have had no problems. Wish I had bought the one with the auto shut off. I forgot this was on and left over night. Scares me out of using it again. Size is good for a few small projects.

Find a different brand. I just set up an entire order on this mat and it doesn’t work. I’ve only use it once before this. I’ll find a different company Update- the company contacted me and sent a new one to try out. So far so good
