The media could not be loaded. I had mixed feelings about ordering this because I saw reviews where people said they couldn’t build it properly, because the instructions weren’t clear. If I could give this zero stars I would. This this piece came with missing parts. And a lot of the pieces were damaged with scratches and scuffs marks. The instructions were poor. We are very disappointed. My husband spent a lot of time putting it together so we just didn’t have the energy to take it apart to return especially with me being eight months pregnant. ... show more

I really wish I could give this product at least 4 stars, but it was amazingly frustrating to put together. I bought this changing table because I liked the measurements of the drawer sizes, the number of drawers, and the overall set up and storage features of this changing table. It had minimal reviews which made me nervous, especially since the overall consensus was that it was a pain to put together, but I thought I'd give it a go. Upon opening the package a multitude of the pieces had arrived damaged. The manual says you can contact the manufacturer for new pieces if any are damaged, but considering I was 36 weeks pregnant setting this table up I didn't really feel like I had the time to do that. I will say that once the table was fully assembled the damaged parts didn't even show so it didn't really matter. The instructions were a little tricky to figure out, but more frustrating than that was the parts of the instructions that didn't make sense for how the table was weighted during assembly. During points where the table was supposed to be flipped pieces that are too heavy for the table actually came off, tearing away pieces of the pressed wood. The most frustrating part though was when I thought I had finished the table, I realized the shelf above the long drawers never got put on. I combed back through the directions just to be sure I hadn't missed a step, and sure enough, there just wasn't a step that included assembling the shelf. So I had to disassemble a good portion of the changing table to get the shelf on, naturally causing more damage to parts of the table. Now that the full table is assembled, my husband and I are very excited to use it and it seems very sturdy. But definitely head the warnings that the assembly process is not fun and highly frustrating. I did most of it by myself but there are definitely parts where this should be a 2 person job. ... show more

The overall quality isn’t wonderful but luckily mine did not arrive damaged. Assembly was a whole other nightmare. They literally didn’t make holes for the drawers- what?? Like we had to hold down each piece with 2 people and drill them in ourselves okayyy. Additionally, other pieces were weird and the holes did not always line up. Took 3 smart creative people to put together. Now I absolutely love it. Oh and also dumb is that the drawers don’t go all the way back. What’s the point of making them so small?? take up the whole space!! Height is excellent for a 6’ male to change a diaper though!!! ... show more

We really wanted to like this changing table + dresser. It was perfect in the beginning - it looked great, had great storage and seemed to fit all of our needs. However, after months of consistent use, the drawers broke. The sliding mechanism broke on one, which we tried to fix, but then another one just broke. We have only had it for 10 months. I think if you want something that is durable, this is not worth it to get. We are really disappointed as we wanted to use this piece for a long time. We DO NOT recommend it. ... show more

Item came with scratches and marks. Doesnt look new or in a good packaging. I just unpacked a couple pieces and I got disappointed immediately with this purchase. I didn’t needed to unpack everything because of course I’m not going to ensamble this to my new baby.
