  • Beautiful!
Style: Save the Monarchs
I live in northern Indiana and these are coming in fast and full. Absolutely love these. Basically zero maintenance, growing great in lots of sun.

  • Highest success rate for seed I've had!
Style: Butterfly & Hummingbird
I wanted to wait several months to see how the plants did before I wrote my review. Goodness gracious the other reviewers aren't lying when they said the seeds in this packet germinate like crazy! I sprinkled a handful into two separate pots outside on my patio, covered lightly with soil, and then watered dutifully and within a few days I had sprouts all over. But you know how it goes with gardening - your seeds never germinate, or when they do they damp off and die or they're too leggy or just too weak. I was worried that even with the high germination rate, the plants still wouldn't do well. Imagine my surprise when I had pots full of foliage a month down the line, with minimal effort or care on my part! Now that the flowers are finally blooming, it's not the overcrowded, wild bouquet look I was hoping for, but blooms are steadily coming in day by day and I'm willing to call that a great success for a newbie gardener. If anyone wants an easy way to fill up a flower bed with flowers, I highly recommend this seed mix! The price might look a little steep compared to individually buying the flower packets, but it's totally worth it when you consider the ease of cultivation and the cost of buying all the packets individually - or even worse, the starter plants! ... show more

  • So very happy! Beautiful flowers
Style: Save the Monarchs
I very rarely write reviews. I planted some seeds a couple of months ago, in early May in South Florida. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I had no idea what flowers to expect. About a week ago, a Peruvian zinnia bloomed, a dark-orange large flower. A few days ago, my first Mexican Aster bloomed. More have bloomed since. The Mexican Aster are all beautiful shades of yellow. And as I’m writing this, I have a monarch butterfly, circling them. So happy! ... show more

  • Grass Seed Filler?
Style: Save the Monarchs
I purchased this wildflower mix for the butterflies and bees confused by my realistic artificial garden. I have learned that most non-native pants and flowers despise WY's weather, soil and water. The instructions are simple. Within days of putting out the seeds there was growth. Within a week the empty space around my faux lavender bushes filled up. Mostly with what looks like grass 🤨 Oddly, the seeds in pots seem to be non-grass, even though they were all thrown in at the same time. I intended the potted bunch to be moveable around the shadier parts of the yard if needed. It is too soon to tell what will flower, but the grass has rapidly grown above the different leafy mixture. I will need to mow with scissors now... ... show more

  • Cottage garden dream came true
Style: Save the Monarchs
My goal with these seeds was the “cottage garden” look. Without much gardening experience under my belt, the ease of planting combined with the health of the seeds themselves and easy care instructions, created the vision of was dreaming of. The size of the packaging held all of the seeds needed for the patch of purple and orange flowers in my photos. The flowers have attracted bees and butterflies. The amount of seeds and the finished product made it a true value for the money. ... show more

  • The end product
Style: Butterfly & Hummingbird
It's hard to write a review on wildflowers that were only planted two weeks ago. But, I write from experience because this is the third year I've planted these wildflowers. The first two years I got these seeds as a birthday gift, this year I had to buy them myself. They have started to pop up above ground and in a few weeks I'll get to enjoy this wide mixture of wildflowers. The beauty of this mix is that they don't all germinate at the same time, so as some flowers mature and die off younger ones will grow in their place. After Hurricane Ian I had to do a lot of new landscaping so last year I planted the wildflowers in a planter in the front yard next to the street. I got a lot of compliments from the folks who walk the neighborhood on a regular basis. ... show more

  • Most of the seedlings died, still waiting for flowers.
Style: Partial Shade
I started 1/3 of the seeds inside in peat pots. They sprouted quickly and stopped growing at about an inch tall. Most of them died after I transplanted them outside. The remaining seeds I sowed outside in 3 different locations in the yard. The location that got sun in the morning and evening did not do well. They all died. The other two locations that got more sunlight did better. It has been 45 days and none of them have grown over 5 inches tall. Most of them are stuck at about 2 inches tall. I tilled the soil, added in garden soil and watered every day. I planted red clover and mustard seeds in the locations where the flowers did not do well. In just a couple weeks, the red clover is growing taller than most of the wildflower seeds. I will give the wildflowers a couple more weeks before I till them under and plant something else. ... show more

  • Plant early to enjoy all season.
Style: Partial Shade
You get A LOT OF SEEDS for what you pay. No fillers, no junk. Follow the instructions and enjoy beautiful flower garden in the Spring. Don't be afraid to sow these as soon as the ground thaws. Planted mine in March (Zone7), and the seedlings all survived a few temperature drops. Starts blooming profusely in May. Attracts honeybees, bumblebees and smaller native bees and bugs. Water thoroughly and regularly - the flowers will wilt but easily recover after you water them. Highly recommended!!!!! ... show more
