    • Cannot be used as a reading lamp
The lamps are attractive and quality is good. However, they come with a bulb that is "three-way", but it's dim, dimmer and dimmest. There is barely any change in wattage and definitely cannot be used as a reading lamp. I would estimate the brightest is equivalent to a 40 watt bulb.

When it’s put together it’s a nice lamp. With that being said, be prepared to install the shade fabric to the shade mechanism itself. I’m sure it must of been mentioned some where in the description but I definitely missed it. It was NOT easy and next time I’ll pay better attention. It seemed like the lamps had been used and returned, when I tried to screw two parts together they were stripped. After all together lamps were wobbly, and this dimmer is a joke, not enough light to light up a room, very very disappointed. Not worth the trouble in taking them apart to return. Will GO to a store and buy two good lamps🤬 ... show more
