I purchased three of these units and they were very easy to assemble. I only had one issue with one unit where the laminate paper was peeling in a noticeable area in front. I originally asked for a replacement leg, but I had to continue the assembly. After assembly, the manufacturer had responded with requests for pictures. Once sent, they asked how I wanted to resolve the issue. I had changed my mind to keep the leg and I colored in the area visibly seen defect because disassembling would reduce the structural integrity (it’s not solid wood and you get what you pay for). They refunded $40 for compensation and I am absolutely happy with the results. For this color, all I did was use a sharpie marker to dab onto/into defects and then lightly rub my finger over the dab with the grain and it blended right in. Nicks and scratches are so easy to cover. It won’t last forever, but I’m not looking to pass stuff on. The cabinets are beautiful, sturdy, add texture and interest, soft close hinges, and are currently holding a lot of weight. If something happens over time to show wear, I’ll update. ... show more

I was really surprised with the quality of this cabinet. The hardware provided is strong & durable and the instructions made it easy to build. The modern design adds more style to our living area and it has a lot of storage space. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy and sturdy the piece is. Assembly was fairly easy, there was a couple holes that the screws didn’t line up I just skipped them because they weren’t necessary. I also had to drill my own pilot holes for the door hinges because they were on the wrong side of the panels, this was inconvenient but not impossible. We got this to store some of our son’s toys in the living room and for the price I am very pleased with how nice looking and decently solid it is! ... show more

I did so much research and reading reviews, SO glad I got this brand. I will have these for years. The quality of the wood and slow close of the doors plus sleek design is what I dreamed of. The price was great and what I could do today. There’s no chance of peeling, these are not sprayed and they are 32” high which I wanted. Super sturdy, the legs make it strong. I really wanted to like this sideboard. I liked the color. it went with my color scheme. before putting it all together i heald up on of the doors on the wall where i was going to put it. and it looked great, but it was weird. once i put it together, it was weird. You couldn't tell it was fluted at all. It just looks like the wood is colored that way. you cant see the ridges. Other then that i think its really sturdy and solid. i liked the color. i just wish the flutes were more dramatic. ... show more

Even though I had to put it together, the instructions were fine enough to follow and everything fit together like a glove. I love that the hinges are adjustable to get that perfect fit for the doors…also, the soft-close feature is so nice!!
