To be honest, these aren't the sturdiest made stool. Whether it is the design of them being a longer shape, the narrow legs, or the lightweight material...they are somewhat tippy. However, at this point, I don't want to buy $300 bar stools with a toddler in the house. Markers, play dough, food stains, my hair is thinning enough as it is without those worries. These look nice enough, are lightweight enough to move around (and out of the way) easily, and can look fancy enough unless guests are staring at them. These stools were easy to put together and very comfortable. The seat is quite long, which adds to the comfort. They aren't quite flush to the ground so they rock a tiny bit but nothing worth making a fuss about. I love the velvet look and the seat size. Very comfoprtable!! Highly recommend!

I ordered these stools and they came defective. They delivered on 4/16 and put together 4/27. I noticed one was broken at the foot bars on 5/22. I contacted Amazon 5/26 and they refused to replace them. They offered a refund but I was told at UPS I had to pay $40+ to package. When I called Amazon back, I stayed on the phone over an hour talking to multiple people. I still have to package it but they offered a UPS pick-up. I wish Amazon would have made this replacement easier. I think the bigger they get the less they care about each customer's issues. Talk about not being considerate of people's time! Update 1/29/24: Less than a month and these chairs have not held up to daily use. Would not recommend if you have a family. Original: Bought this for the seat cover, which did not disappoint, it's vibrant. The instructions do not help with attaching the sheet. We had to use our best judgment. Tightened with an Allen wrench as much as possible but it is still wobbly, going on two weeks assembled as I write this. These stools are decent, dont expect great. ... show more
