Thought I'd try these are a meal replacement instead of other brands that give me pains and constipation. These are great. No chalky taste or overly thick shake quality. I got the variety pack and all of the flavors are good. The cookie/cream seems a bit too sweet, maybe, for my taste. But love the dark chocolate. I drink them cold from the fridge, no mixing at all. It would have 5 stars but I don't enjoy the cookies and creamless one. The chocolate and coffee brew are solid choices. The ingredients are stellar and exclude the top 9 allergens which gives me peace of mind so I can effectively and confidently get my plant based protein in just like everyone else! The bottles are a great size and I think a pretty good value for my money. I always shake them before drinking. The texture is great, the thickness is good (except for the cookies one) and it's easy to drink. I was taking the GLP-1 shots for weight loss & i only took it for 2months. I drank the Owyn's shakes because I'm lactose intolerant and they really work. I love the taste. & I still keep my weight down. Walmart has them too in the box...🫶

I’ve tried numerous non dairy protein shakes due to allergies. These are the absolute BEST ones I have found. They’re not “delicious” by any means but they’re certainly tolerable and even good!
