The best protein/meal replacement shake

It's not overly sweetened like other shakes. It's also very thick, like a real shake, which makes it feel more filling. I have one for lunch every day and love it!

I think this flavor has to be my favorite just not to thick or thin in liquid consistency and a little caffeine. Definitely will be buying this flavor and brand over and over again!

I need as much protein as I can get as I lose some in daily life. This gives me the option to get that, plus vitamins and minerals. AND the most important part.. Caffeine! Has about a cup of coffee which is enough to get me up and going!

Most of the "Nutrition Shakes" are far from truly healthy. They contain a shocking amount of sugar and carbs. The ones that are low sugar often taste like chemicals. I usually dilute it with milk and creamer. I saw someone using a nutrition drink as a creamer... I tried it but the taste was pretty bad so I started trying different nutrition shakes and found this one. It's a great way to mix your morning coffee with some real nutrition so you're not getting empty calories. Low sugar and high protein morning coffee shake. Ordering it via the Amazon automatic reordering saves some money. It's great for those mornings where you are running late and don't have time for a real breakfast... this will fill you up and the protein will keep you from the sugar / caffeine crash. Highly recommended.

Taste is really good, not "gaggy" sweet. Great morning option when time is short. Keeps the "hungries" at bay for several hours. Price is the only drawback. Would use these to replace my self-mixed protein shakes but just too pricey in comparison.

This nutrition drink is my "crack"! The milk chocolate with a little caffeine is my healthy start to every day. I often drink 2 or 3 per day and would drink more if it wasn't over-doing it. Low ccalories, high protein, 1 gram sugar, a literal power-packed multi-vitamin/mineral supplement in a lusciou
s drink. I buy 8 or 10 cases at a time. The only negative is that it's a bit expensive whenhaving more than one per day. I wish Ensure offered a senior discount. Definitely buy this, but be careful to not become addicted, as I have!
