Bought this for my 9 year old. Ended up on the shelf basically due to it having to be charged so often. Worked well, many pretty cool entertaining functions. Unfortunately, it's bigger than expected. In fact, bigger than my Garmin watch.

Watch failed to hold a charge after 3 months.
Color: Purple
This is a very nice featured watch. Granddaughter loves it, but. It is failing to hold a charge after giving it to her for Easter of this year. Very disappointing. I did buy the extended warranty but really didn't believe I would have to use it. At least, not this soon.

My Granddaughter Loved It! But Now We Need Replacement Band!

I ordered 2 of these for my granddaughters for Christmas and they both loved them! They enjoy playing the games, and making videos and taking pictures of their siblings. I was surprised that they have enjoyed them so much. They seem well made, but unfortunately the watch band on the PINK one has brok
en and we need a replacement. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller for information on buying another band for the watch. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

This is not waterproof. It may be water resistant, but not proof grandson. Got it wet son had to fix. That’s the whole reason I got it is because it said water proof I learn my lesson grandson loves to play on the games.

My son loves it for the music!

Downloading music was easy once I figured it out. I used MyFreeMP3.com to download and move to the MyMusic folder on the watch folder. Quality sound is great on the watch. He is 8 years old, band fits well. Watch is easy to work.

I opened the package late and ran into a mishap (the music function was not working). They gave me two possible reasons this situation may occur along with possible resolutions. I then informed them that the product still says insert SD card, so they sent a new watch and it works. The person I gifted

the instructions are not very specific. it says you can add music to the file, but no instructions on how to do that. There are alot of unanswered questions about this product on this site. Are there any manufacturers to answer questions?

Apparently no sim card in watch.

Bought for 9th birthday. Grandson loves it...except that he can not download music to this watch. I read other reviews to learn HOW to copy music to the watch, and I am computer savvy. Once connected to my home computer and looking at the folders on the watch, I find that it has 11kb of 15kb free spa
ce. Uh...kilobytes are nothing! I can see a MyPhotos folder...which is empty even after we took 3 photos which we can see on the watch. There is no MyMusic folder. I created a MyMusic folder and attempted to transfer a simple mp3 file to the phone. Transfer was denied because there is NO space available. So, as a test, simply held the phone to radio speakers and recorded a song. Upon playback on the watch, found the sound to be rather poor...and unable to turn up the volumn. Had to have the watch within a foot of your ear to hear the song as if it was from a car 100 feet away. Will contact Amazon to return this item....hopefully.

My son just got this as a gift for his birthday yesterday. He said it was his favorite gift and has been playing with it since he got it. The description says it's waterproof with an image of a girl swimming in a pool. We just went swimming and he was so excited to wear his watch and guess what!? It
now doesn't work. He's had this watch for less than 24 hours and it's broken. Shame on this company for advertising that it's waterproof when it clearly isn't.
