Im impressed 👏. The beige velvet color is perfect for my space. Today the delivery arrived all the way from California early to upstate N.Y, about 2-3 days early. This couch as well packaged from head to toe. Moving forward the looks of it is very high-end and Glam like, the foam is a very firm foam. 👌 So the durability hopefully should be in good standards down the road. After cutting open the plastic immediately the couch rised and about 40 minutes or so later, It looks like a wonderful couch 🛋. Today's day one, and I'm gonna sit on my Futon for the next 48 hours just to give the couch it's time to expand. But to be honest within the 40 minutes it has fully grown in my opinion visually but I guess it needs more growing internally. The pillows are fantastic everything about the couch is very nice, yes it is a bit low but I would say it's the new Glam-chic experience. I just can't keep my 8-year-old daughter off my wonderful new couch. She keeps saying mommy it's so soft. Definitely gave my living room a new appearance. I will rearrange the couch in about 48 hours, I just have it in the corner for now letting it do its thing. So far, I recommend this foam couch. ... show more

I am so happy that I purchased this couch! I had a similar one from a different company and this one far exceeds it in every way! This couch is so comfy and supportive.. I have chronic back pain and its been so hard to find a couch that is comfortable but with just the right amount of firmness & support. It expanded and was ready to use in minutes… I did however order the wrong “facing” version (lol…) but am working with the seller to exchange it for the one I actually meant to buy.. so far I am hopeful they will help! It feels firm and supportive while still being soft and cozy. I like the cushion and deep seats! Very comfortable. The set up was easy. It fluffs up nicely. I definitely recommend measuring your space and comparing to the specs to make sure you like the size. It comes in two boxes. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is shipping. The couch is great. The shipping was not. At first only the lounge piece was delivered. FedEx said it was an issue with the label and couldn’t deliver both. I don’t fully understand what happened but they said to reach out to the seller. The seller responded right away and sent a replacement. I received the correct missing piece. It was very late. I took a chance on this purchase. It arrived quickly, maybe a little ahead of schedule. The boxes were heavy and slippery so it was really hard for me to carry it. Thankfully we had frozen snow. So I pushed them from the driveway to the porch. Then we flipped the boxes end over end up the stairs. Easy peasy. It took no time at all to fill out. You’re supposed to tap it to even everything out. That process was a little bit of a workout. It came in 2 different deliveries so one day comes one box and the other one the next day so don’t worry if you just one of them first. Very easy to unbox. Is ready in 5min. Mine didn’t have any problem looked ready to sit when I opened it but I wanted to make sure so I left it for 3-4 days just to make sure gets the regular form. I got it 2 weeks ago and everything looks fine. My living room is big and wish was bigger but is fine. For small spaces is perfect! I love it ... show more

We LOVE THIS COUCH!!! It has exceeded my expectations and I’m quite picky. I wanted a soft casual couch for my loft/TV room. It’s firm enough for sitting and laying without being too firm. And it’s so soft and comfortable at the same time! I got the warmer color in the large corduroy look. I love the squared arms and backrest and I bought an armrest tray for the occasional food and drink. They also designed the cushions so well! They have a round pillow attached to the back of them that can go down in the corner for a lounging position or upward on top of the backrest for a sitting position. The small pillows are perfect too. They go perfect with other pillows to tie in the look or are great on their own. I was able to remove all the pillows and wash all the covers when I got this. I wanted to wash as much chemical out as possible. And don’t worry about them fluffing up enough and staying flat. They fluffed up perfectly! There is no wood framing so it’s great for the kids to play around on without hurting themselves on hard framing. Just follow the instructions and you will have no problem unboxing this. The upholstery seems durable and I hope this stays wonderful for a long time! The price was a good value at approx $750 too! The only flaw this had was that the company does not let it off gas before they ship it. So it took a couple weeks to off gas. It’s winter so I placed an air purifier next to it inside for a couple weeks and waited. It would have been considerate if the company did this ahead of time. In the summer you could set it outside for a couple days and it would probably off gas quickly with a little sun. I bought chairs with ottomans that were just like this and they unboxed fine without the smell and the need to off gas. ... show more

First. The couch is blue not black. It's dark navy blue. That's really my only complaint. Its very low. The springs and cushions have held up. We have had it about 5 months now. Me and both my teenagers sleep on it sit on it and play with the dog on it. Hopefully it will last at least a few years. It's comfortable probably not worth $700.00 ... show more

Very very comfortable, super soft, easy to unbox. Its heavy, but still slides so be mindful of that, and the only thing docking a star is the height of the couch, it's my fault for only focusing on length, however it's the only part that's disappointed me so far. Very nappable.
