This couch is great. I’ve had it for about a week now and it seems to have expanded and really filled out. It’s so soft but also quite firm when sitting/laying down on it which I like. The back pillows provide fine back support if positioned correctly. I was skeptical about vacuum sealed packaging they came it but there were absolutely no issues. Couch is easy to assemble, ie, it's air vacuumed and once you cut the plastic it "explodes" into a couch. It is super comfortable, pretty firm, but memory foam mattress like. The fabric is super soft but not removable. Only concern for me is how well I can clean it in an accidental spill occurs, so we shall see. It's exactly as pictured aside from the outer part needing to be adjusted once inflated fully. It doesn't have much back support, only about 6 inches of a backing, which is okay for us. The price... although kind of high, is decent for this couch in comparison to other sectionals on the market. Overall, I enjoy the purchase for what we needed but may not suit everyone's needs ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased couch Oct 20, 2024 and it is now Oct 22,2024. I did not sit on the couch per instruction ( I waited a Whole week and 2 days) and set up was followed per instructions. The couch is very comfortable at first but it is starting to sag already and my husband is the only one who sits on it and he is 189 lbs 5’10. Just a sitting couch to Watch his sports. If the memory foam inside expanded more or just kept its original firmness it would a great couch for Small areas. It’s very low to the ground, very low but comfortable Just firmnesses of material and memory foam didn’t LAST 😔 ... show more

This couch was more than I could’ve hoped for. It came in two boxes which made it easy to get to where it was going and all we had to do to assemble it was to cut open the plastic. It raises right up and is very firm which surprised me. The fabric is super soft and I was pleasantly surprised to find the cover comes off for ease of washing. The media could not be loaded. The sofa is more Taupe than camel in terms of color. It's very firm, but not uncomfortable. I think it will look much nicer with the wrinkles ironed out as the instructions mention. Decent for the price. Easy to set up, just cut out of the vacuum sealed packaging and give it 48hrs. Good if you're short, probably too low for someone tall. I'm going to fluff more and iron and then I'll try to post an update. ... show more

I was a little apprehensive about buying this couch, but I’m glad I did! It’s HEAVY, so be warned, BUT i was able to get it up my stairs by myself. It comes in two boxes, just a heads up. Anyway, it’s very firm but soft, even though it doesn’t contain wooden components in it like traditional couches. It’s great for any type of home, college dorm or fully functional adults like myself! It’s not super long, so if you have a long narrow living room like I do, then I would add the chaise lounge to it or get two of these but it’s actually big enough to seat like 4 adults comfortably. It’s one of my best purchases this year:) oh it also sits pretty low, about as long as your leg (I’m 5’7”, the seat hits right at my knee). ... show more

I was nervous to buy a couch online. I have bought several pieces of furniture in the last few years and they just were not comfortable. So buying one I never sat on and was online I was very cautious. I read a lot about it and really looked at pics and videos and decided to give it a chance. It said it would take about three weeks and it came in like 4 days which was awesome. I absolutely LOVE this couch. Some thought it was a little low in reviews and some thought it didn’t have great back support I am very happy with both. This is the most comfortable and most affordable piece of furniture I’ve ever owned. I was also worried if it would have a strong smell and it thankfully did not. I really couldn’t be happier I hope they keep this couch because if mine wears out in a few years I want to be able to get another! ... show more
