I messaged the seller and they were in contact within 24 hours to send me replacement cushion covers for the couple that had issues. Definitely a great value for how cheap the couch is. Its not comfy but its also not uncomfy, hopefully it gets softer with time. its very firm but not horrible. Its very cute and super soft and a really good size. I did tons of research on couches and i specifically wanted a green velvet one but didnt wanna spend 2k on one, so this is perfect! I subtracted a star because one of the seams on one of my back supports is torn. But its barely noticeable. I would recommend it if you want a velvet couch and dont wanna spend a ton! If you have the money, id probably recommend something else ... show more

I was nervous to buy furniture on Amazon, but I couldn't find the style I wanted locally. I figured, for the cost, it was worth a chance. We have been so happy with it! Construction was a little confusing at points and took some time, but we got it figured out in the end. A bracket piece was missing from our supplies, but I contacted the company and they sent the necessary parts. I love the style and color! I was nervous to have a velvet couch with kids, dogs, and cats, but so far it has been easy to clean and doesn't hold pet hair any worse than any other furniture we have had. Our cat doesn't care for clawing the texture of the velvet, so that's a win! It's very comfortable and easy to adjust the cushions and pillows to your personal preferences. This is a great couch, perfect size as well, the zippers were flimsy but nothing that couldn’t be fixed, it took about an hour and a half for four people. Definitely worth the price, and it feels pretty sturdy. It feels firm as well. Over all a great purchase and it looks great too.

Gorgeous couch and super comfortable. You would think this was an $800+ couch so the price is amazing. The cushions are washable too...I got the white couch and was nervous about spills but they wash right out! Do not put the cushions in the dryer though -they do shrink. The media could not be loaded. Update 10/18/24 Looks can be deceiving! This couch has turned out to be the most uncomfortable couch we have ever had. As soon as we had it for a few months the cushions don’t sit right and the angle on the back isn’t comfortable at all. The whole family including the kids hates this couch. All of us can’t stand to sit on it as it gives us backaches. The cushions slide even though there is vecro and the metal feet are rough and sharp. My son has actually cut his toe on one when he accidentally walked into it. I’ll be contacting the seller because I want my money back. Do not buy unless you don’t use your couch! So far I am incredibly impressed with this product. I feel it is a great value for the money. The fabric is strong and resistant to cat scratches and messy kids. The cushions are firm and comfy and the color is so vibrant and rich. Exactly the deep green color I was looking for. My only cons would be that it’s a little short both at the seat and the back. The seat depth is also a little short. I’m a curvy girl and I wish it was wider so that I could snuggle with my husband better. So far crumbs and lint brush right off so I’d say it’s easy to clean. Although I haven’t had a big spill or anything like that to test it out. The bottom cushions are secured with Velcro but the tops are not. I actually prefer that though, so that we may angle them the way we want depending on how we are sitting on it. ... show more
