Solid a and large enough to hold multiple bands. The material is smooth which is fine, but it does allow bands to slip so be careful when isln use. The mounting screws are very large and will require wratchet or impact gun to drive-in. Far better than those horrible door straps which you have to keep adjusting. ... show more

I needed some mounting hooks to use with my bands. I set these up to use from a higher location and mid location and then a low location. This gives me the ability to use it for different type of work outs. I found a nice stud and screwed them in. The screw bolts were nice size and depth to allow it to hold deep into the stud so you feel pretty safe that you won't rip it out during a workout. Pricing was really good as well. These anchors are very strong. I didn’t use the screws that came with them because they were unnecessarily big and strong. I used smaller screws. Very good anchors. Perfect for resistance bands and squats.

I have bought the more expensive version of these in the past and they are equal in durability and size. That said, I prefer these because the hook is reversible for high or low placement. So much easier to place and remove band hooks! These wall anchors really MADE my home gym!!
