This thing is junk! First it was missing a washer and cotter pin so I had to go to the store. Where the handle connects to the wheels is misaligned. I had to bent it a lot to get it somewhat straight. The back wheels are not straight. There was mud on one of the tires so I think I got a return. There are these sharp steel peices on the bottom that make no sense why they are there except to hurt people. Seriously they are in a spot that has nothing welded or drilled. I took care of them with a hammer. I am keeping it because I got it for moving a cooler around so it will work for that. I would recommend spending a little more on a better one. ... show more

I don’t have a vehicle thus I walk everywhere in our small village. This includes to the library and the Post Office where I often must bring home boxes/packages on foot. I ordered this wagon to take along with me. My Service Dog is a Siberian Husky for size reference here as we were coming home with a wagon full of boxes. Opened box and the first thing I saw was a loose bolt and nut. Going through box the bag containing the all the hardware was ripped open, bolts, nuts and small codder pins every where - luckily had everything. Put together easily but wheels are wobbly and turning wheels loose. To much room between wheel and codder pin. Went to store to get several more washers and bigger codder pin so wheels and handle don’t wobble! ... show more

This is a useful wagon, but it is not heavy duty. I've had it for a while. It serves its purpose, but the construction is flimsy and loose. It hasn't, but it feels like it could break under any kind of stress. The wooden slats are soft wood. I think active children could destroy this in short order.

Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk. The metal is so thin it bends when you pick the handle up I bought it to oh my grandkids around that’ll never happen in this piece of junk.
