I will start this review by noting that I have been training in martial arts for over 40 years and have experience with many brands of punching/kicking bags. Today, I just received my Outslayer 80 Lb. heavy bag for my home dojo. Shipping was prompt and efficient, and the product arrived via FedX in perfect condition. The bag shipped in a reinforced vinyl cover, with a zipper, so it can be re-used for storage or transport. The bag's casing and fill are excellent! The casing appears thick and durable, with a semi-smooth finish that's not too slick or too coarse, and the stitching is tight. The "no sand" fill is packed consistently and densely throughout, and the bag is appropriately firm, cylindrical, and balanced (it appears firm enough that I think it will "punch-in" nicely). The top and bottom D-rings (I ordered mine with the optional bottom D-ring) are seriously heavy-duty. The straps are thick with reinforced stitching throughout, and include a reinforcing band around the circumference of the bag at the attachment points. This is a high-quality heavy bag, made in the USA, at very fair price. I look forward to using it for many challenging workouts. While I just received the bag today, I am confident it will take a beating and deliver years of reliable service and satisfaction. I love this bag, it's easy to hang up in the house for at home usage. The bag has straps on the top to easily hang it up. It doesn't weigh enough to cause any home damage, making it very reliable for any home usage. The actual bag is very nice for punching and doesn't swing too much, when other brands usually do. This bag is awesome! I researched for a long time before choosing and I'm very satisfied. My husband even complimented me on choosing a good one. Purchased this bag a little over 3 weeks ago. I had been looking at multiple known brands before making a decision but saw a video about these bags and decided to give them a try. I've been training boxing for on and off 10 years and consider myself somewhat knowledgeable on boxing equipment. I have to say this bag was a pleasant surprise, I have the 80 lbs bag and it's fantastic so far. The filling is well distributed and although it feels a little hard now, the punches land and sound super crisp. I love the sound of crisp well landed punches and hate those saggy bags from most corporate gyms where your punched sound hollow. Finally got her mounted. The Rocky gym is complete! Everyone in the house gets their punches in and we get a lot of use out of it. The bag is well made and I appreciate that it was already filled. I expect it will last us quite a while.
