WE are a small non-profit ministry located in Florida and use this tent for our promotion events.It is easy to transport, set up and take down and it provides protection from the sun. We are pleased with this product and believe that it is a good value for the money! However, while we were attending the last event, we were surprised by a microburst of air that blew across the area where we set up which caused our tent (and other tents around us) to become airborne and tossed about. Our tent became entangled with someone else's and the frame bent and one of the legs broke off the frame -- which made it impossible to collapse to fit in the car. We took pictures of the bent, broken frame and left it there for the event planners to dispose of. I called OUTFINE and told them what happened and asked them to replace our tent. Everyone at OUTFINE was very helpful and courteous and within 3 days of my contact with them, they are replacing our tent at no cost to us! I am very pleased with their customer service and the promptness of their response. I ordered this a week ago (7/16/21)because I needed it for a craft fair that I am doing this weekend (7/25/21). I went out this morning to set it up to see how easy it would be for one person to do. It turns out that it is not so easy to set up by yourself but can be done, but to my surprise the canopy has a rip in it. I don't have the time to replace it because I need it the next day for the craft fair. So I guess I'll just have to duct tape for now so that I can use it and try and find a replacement canopy later. This kind of defeats the whole purpose for the purchase. If not for that I may have given it a better review. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller OUTFINE regarding the issue of the damaged canopy cover and was offered a $50.00 refund, after a few more conservation they elected to send me a replace canopy cover, since that was my preference . over all I am Satisfied with the outcome of this issue and if I every need to replace this with a new one later on down the road I will not hesitate to make another purchase for OUTFINE again. To put this up really should state at least two strong, tall people are needed...people under 5 feet 8 inches or so will be challenged mightily to lift it to the level needed...it is well made overall...we experienced a sudden snap. pop noise as one of the X frame members snapped.. Nevertheless, the company offers free advice and help to assist in making it work...we needed the nice water proof tarp to cover our outdoor cattery in winter and so we have it anchored well and it repels rain well, so we have mixed reviews..I think though that it is not a simple matter or two adults putting it up. ... show more

I finally had a chance to use the canopy for an event this weekend and boy was I unimpressed. I thought I might have ordered the wrong size. For one, anybody over 5'10" can't walk under the canopy without ducking. I had it set to the tallest setting but still way too short. I have 6 foot tall Propanel walls I normally attach to the legs for my art booth setup and the couldn't fit underneath or width wise. the canopy isn't 10 feet wide. It is 9'6" wide. Used the canopy one time and the canopy ripped in 2 places from light wind making it rub up against the frame underneath. I am upset i waited 2 months to use this for the first time. Now it is too late to return or replace ... show more

I've used it at two shows now and so far it's done very well. The vent in the top of the tent seems to do wonders for stopping the wind from pushing it around even without sandbags. On the windiest event I did use sandbags (put your sand in gallon zip loc bags before putting in the sandbag sleeves or you'll have sand everywhere) and my tent barely wiggled the whole day even though other tents were struggling even with weights. One unsecured tent flipped up a dozen feet in the air it was so windy but this one didn't even strain against the sandbags at all. Like all new tents, it's still stiff to get the top supports pushed into place but it's easier than other tents in similar condition I've tried. Very happy with it so far. ... show more
