I purchased the 10*20 and absolutely love it. Bolted it down to deck. We have had 30mph winds and had no issues. On the other hand we had heavy rain for about 5 days and rain was coming through. Light rain is no issue. But moderate to heavy rain, you will get leaks. I solved most of the water issues by spraying a waterproofing solution on cover. Assembly was straight forward and easy. I put it together myself in about 3 hours. Update: some wear and tear on corner of roof ridge panel. Still waterproofing every spring. I take canopy off middle of October for the winter and put it back on after all the spring storms (by third week of may). Also if very severe weather (tornado warnings) are forecasted. And I am home. I remove the canopy. Some very minor rust. No issues during the winter as it is just the frame. But overall happy with it. ... show more

    • Broken at the small weld spots of the frame
Terrible design it will break easily where the pieces are welded together. The welds are super weak and small. It will not hold up in the wind or rain. Mainly something you can use for the summer time only or early fall. Would not recommend using in the winter. It is easy to assemble and protects from rain and looks great just not built for windy conditions. ... show more

So far so good. The last gazebo/tent we purchased in 2019 blew away and broke down the first heavy rain/wind storm. There was no saving the frame.:( This product has really thick legs and barely moved during the first and second high winds and rains even without the sand bags. I also watched for water accumulation on the top. Due to the curving design of the tarp and the legs the heavy rain rolled off. I wish I knew how to take pictures and post them with this review.     • Breaks very easily and was destroyed by light wind.
The initial set up was a bit difficult, but what was annoying is that a few of the joints were welded very weak. Right after assembly one of the joints broke, but it was supported by two other weld spots. It looked nice when set up. the canopy was VERY hard to get on and the loop to assist literally ripped immediately. No worries at least it looks decent. Then we had a light wind. We had it steaked down so the legs didn't move...but what did that matter the whole top just collapsed and pretty much every weld joint broke. Barely putting pressure on what was left bent the weld joints completely broken. This was a huge waste of money. Now I have a 600 dollar pile of garbage that I can't even fix, such a waste of my time, money, and the environment. ... show more

Very disappointed at the quality of this product after reading positive reviews. I could not complete assembly due to the metal bending the joints just from lifting the legs when fastening to the top of the structure. I kept thinking I was not tightening the nuts enough because of how loose it felt when movingpartsthen I discovered there was no welds at many of the joints and the pieces were ready to break in two just from litfting or moving them from the ends. ... show more

Im still going to give 4 stars. I’m sure this was a one time occurrence the product was Beautiful some parts were cracked when it came which made it weak blew away instantly even after staked and weighted down. I do not recommend if you live in windy area and cannot bolt down. If you have a deck and can reinforce the product itself it is even better in person. I wish it would have worked out here return was made easy Amazon was a great help even took 2 boxes because couldn’t not fit in original box. If I did not live near water and wind .
