The media could not be loaded. This product is exactly what I was looking for. For the price you absolutely get your money’s worth. Personally I use this product for the night vision for my cat, for night walks in my area with lots of woods, and a very good side benefit which is security for my home and property. I like the ease of use, and where the buttons are that you can use while viewing without having to look at which button you are pushing. These use a camera that is shown out of one of the optics while the other acts as the IR “cannon”, and the image is digitally displayed on it’s internal monitor. You can either hold them up to your face and view or hold them any distance away from your face and still see the monitor easily. The night vision on these is powerful! It illuminates by flooding the area with it’s IR cannon and picking it up on black and white. The IR cannon is so powerful that most uses will illuminate just fine under the 3rd or 4th level of lightning. The monitor isn’t too small and the picture is clear, especially when using the night vision. If all you are wanting to achieve is ultimate night vision without needing a single ray of natural lighting these will satisfy you. Just “OK” up to 50yards. Only really has 1-4 ir settings. After that the difference is not noticeable. Must use full 1080p to make the zoom usable. Never was fully in focus. Battery is huge but lasted about 10 minutes tops at IR-4 and full hd. Also, screen is way to bright and no wY to turn it down. Returning mine. ... show more

It is very compact and easy to carry, and its battery life is acceptable. iR image definition is remarkable with fine details within 150 yards and IR set on level 7. Clarity at 50 yards is astounding. I am a hunter and a ranch owner. These have been my favorite purchase this year because I can use them so often, security whenever I hear something around the house at night! They work with no light at all and I received the night vision goggles to record and take pictures and videos very quickly- that’s crazy technology. After I received the night vision goggles, I was a little confused about the use method, so I contacted the seller, they were detailed and attached an explanation video to help me, 10 stars for exceptional customer service!! I was fairly surprised at the nightvison capabilities of this device. It looks very similar to white phosphorus NVGs we use in the military. But therein lies the problem, I wouldn't be able to use this device around actual NVGs, because it uses an infrared light to provide illumination, which would cause a whiteout. The media could not be loaded. I am so happy that night vision goggles become affordable for everyone now. When I was a child, they were high-tech equipment for the special forces. The night vision goggles came with pre-charged battery and memory card. The operate is so easy. I briefly read the instructions in a couple of minutes and could start. I tried this NVG when I walked my dog in night. He is a black dog and hard to find in darkness. It is funny to watch him without disturb him with a bright flashlight.
