Rating updated from 3 to 5 stars! 1st Eating Was 3 Stars/Review Below Def a step above many imo, including WZYE. Clear, movement is good and mic is incredible!! Glad I bought a 4 pack. I got sick so I couldn't put them up right away..bought these in Nov 24, 2024. Put these up last month... Again..app is easy, configuration is easy. Problem, because they are motorized, one already stopped full range of motion and that a bad thing. That didn't last long. This is the only reason why it gets 3 stars. Records video precisely, mine connected to my network fast and I used it on 5G with little issues. Sometimes they disconnect, but mostly just ask to switch the vid quality. Once in a while I will, but it runs great all day. I don't know if the tracks/teeth on the ptz are bad etc, but not being able to have full mobility in such a short time is aweful and it wiggles on the base a little. It didn't when Ist bought it. Doing it now. I'll let Would I buy again? Most likely yes. As the software gets better and it adds a few more features, it would be a big deal. It has parametric view it can capture if you set it up. Resolution - A+, motion capture is B+ (a little slow processing what it records) but is decent camera. I don't know how long this one will last, but we'll see ... show more

This is a great security camera was working excellent till I moved my furniture and it hit the plug and broke the part that plugs into the little adapter box I wish they would make the cord a way I could just change out the cord 😢

i bought these a while back so i do not have any pictures from having them but they were amazing cameras will definitely be buying more when i buy a house soon. the functionality of these cameras is top notch perfect. i can’t complain with any functionality of these cameras. the storage capacity of these camera are pretty good, if you plan on saving everything definitely get an extra storage card. i’ve never experienced a lag with these cameras when i bought them and had them. the battery life is amazing, i honestly didn’t have to charge them as much as i thought i would. so battery life A+ the set was so easy i was afraid of setup when i bought them but the set up process was supper easy. and last thing i want to speak about was the brightness it was perfect. usually cameras are too dark and way to bright unable to see anything but these were perfect!! definitely getting more ... show more

*UPDATED* March 17, 2025 After my negative review I was contacted by an email from the company who then sent me two new cameras to try out. After using over the weekend we really like the cameras! We have a clear picture both day and night. It was very easy to set up. I was so impressed by the companies willingness to make things right so I am changing my review to 4 STARS. Very good customer service and great cameras. We got our camera for Christmas and put it up. That night it rained. We woke up the next morning and our camera view is pink. We restarted. Reset. I am myself an electronics and software development/test engineer with more than 17 years working experience and I could not get " Simple" security camera working on my mobile. I have configured other brands with SIM card 4G and they all worked.. But this one with Wiffi. It did not worked. The steps described in their manual does not work. ( I tried 3 different methods and none worked. 1. QR Code marled on the camera itself --> Does not work 2. Selecting your 2.4Gh wiffi and then face your phone about +-15 cm to the phone to scan QR code --> Does not work 3. Last step was manual configuration --> Connecting with a proxy Wiffi STRxxxxxx . --> Did not work. In total I tried more than 50 times(I waste almost 3 hours) .. from turning off/on my mobile.... Modem on/off .. Resetting Camera but also Camera on/off... I tried all possible combinations and it just did not worked. I cannot imagine giving this task to someone who does not knowledge at all about technology It is just nonsense. To the factory DEKCO. Set a process routine in your final inspection there in China before shipping these devices.. They might worked somewhere here and there and in different regions. But for my case here in Europe in Spain .. It did not work. Very disappointed. I spent hours trying to get this working. I should have spent couple of euros more and bought another brand. We ordered these in hopes to find an outdoor camera that didn’t need to be hard wired. We found it! The prouduct it is amazing. The app is easy to use and can be connect from states away. After having the camera for ten months, a sensor must have gone faulty. After communicating with their tech support, they made it right by sending me a replacement. There are many companies out there who would gladly sell you their product and then walk away. I was so relieved that this company sold you their product and then stayed along for the ride. Their customer support is top shelf! When you purchase this camera, and you will, you will love how easy it is to connect to wifi, mount in desired location, and then use for your security. I would say this is the best value around. You truly get it all! A camera with ease of access and picture quality that is easily readable. ... show more

Cameras work quite well. However after one year of use, the lens on the camera fogged over on the inside and will not work. Get what you pay for.
