I bought this a few months ago and because of health reasons I was delayed in putting it together. When I opened the carton I found several damaged items and because I had it so long it was beyond the return date. Some of the shingle panels had dented corners, the corner trim was all compressed and not 90 degrees like it was supposed to be and parts were already showing rust. The box did not show any signs of damage when delivered. As for the assembly, plan on spending a lot of time! Instructions were very cryptic and I found myself redoing some of the assembly. I worked with design drawings my whole career so it wasn't me! Also beware that almost all of the exterior pieces had a plastic protective film on it. It took a couple of hours just to peel that off. I tried solvents, scrapers and even a wire wheel brush on a drill. No luck with any of those. I ended up just installing them with the film on it. Looks nice!
