The popsicles are super small--about 1.5 ounces of liquid will fit, but they pop right out. Also, I had to put them on a tray to freeze them, as the mold is wobbly. BUT...they work, and for that, I am a happy wife because I can now make sugar-free treats.

I absolutely love making "cakesicles" with this mold. It is so easy to use and, more importantly, quick and easy to clean up. Here's my (super easy) basic process for makign beautiful desserts with this mold: 1. Melt down some chocolate or candy melts and pour a little into each mold. Use a food-safe paintbrush to spread it into a thin layer, but make sure everything is covered. After coating, insert the popsicle stick a couple times to make sure that hole is clear. 2. Put in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to start to harden, then repeat Step 1 and refridgerate/freeze for like 10-ish minutes. **You really need the double layer of chocolate otherwise they'll fall apart too easily.** 3. Make a basic cake pop recipe (crumbled cake + a touch of frosting) in whatever flavors you like. In the pics are strawberry shortcake cakesicles and limoncello cakesicles. You only need a tablespoon or two of frosting - you don't want them too wet. Just enough to make them "stick together" when you form them with your hand. 4. Add the cake pop filling to the molds after the chocolate has hardened. Use a knife or bench scraper to get the cake flat on top. You want it to be filled *almost* to the top - leave about 1/8 inch gap so there's room to coat the rest in chocolate. 5. Insert the popsicle stick into the cake pop mixture. 6. Melt down some chocolate and pour over the cake pop mixture. This should coat the top complete. Tap out any bubbles and freeze to harden chocolate. 6. After they're fully set, carefully pop them out of the silicone mold. They should come out very easily. 7. Decorate with drizzled chocolate, edible glitter, sprinkles, icing shapes, whatever you want. ... show more

    • Great Mold, Not so great popsicle sticks

I’m giving 5/5 because the molds are perfect and that’s the reason I purchased it. I adore the covers as well. However, the sticks that come with it are way too small for the cake pops. From experience, the cake kept falling off the popsicle sticks due to the cakes weight and the miniature sticks provided. And yes I did put chocolate to glue them together but not even that can hold the two together. I would recommend to get regular sized popsicle sticks if you use this mold. ... show more

I was surprised by the size initially; but then realized this is perfect for a quick treat! They’re small size allow it to be easily placed inside the freezer without taking up much room. The treat pops right out. The mold stores nicely for the next time.

The media could not be loaded. These popsicle trays are amazing! They're flexible and easy to removed the treat and a snap to clean. Unlike hard plastic ones these aren't going to crack. The sticks slide in and out easily. I am constantly on the lookout low calorie snacks and this is perfect. The ones in the little video I posted are blackberries with vanilla almond milk, Walden Farm no-calorie marshmallow and no-calorie sweetener put in a blender. Then put in the fridge. Next, insert the wooden sticks, and spread some Walden Farm no-calorie chocolate syrup on the bottom of each compartment and let freeze. Then layer in the fruit mix, let freeze and then cover with another thin layer of chocolate syrup. And when they're frozen. You have a chocolate covered fruit popsicle. I've also substituted the Walden Vanilla and the Sweet creamer for the chocolate. Or just go with the fruit. ... show more

I used these for my baking business and they were amazing. It’s really sturdy and the stability is also good. Good value for your money. When removing the cake pops from the mold the performance was great. Super easy removal. What I liked the best is that it had no plastic smell or taste.

I ordered these to make frozen yogurt bars at home. They function perfectly fine, although a bit flimsy, so I put a tray beneath them in the freezer until they were hard. My only regret is that I ignored the size. These are about half that size if you want something closer to a Dove bar.

I use a ton of silicone molds and have used a ton of popsicle molds. This is, by far, my favorite for popsicles and cake pops. I made some cake pops for a baby shower and they turned out super cute!!! I also make our own dairy free yogurt pops for my kids that have milk allergies. I love how easy these are!! I haven't noticed any weird smells. They run through the dishwasher very well without any issues. I'm going to go make some monster pops with Rice krispie treats for the kiddos tomorrow!! ... show more
