This cable doesn't made properly, the end that should go to PSU doesn't fit the actual adaper in PSU. Two pins are connected while they should be separate. I've separated them myself so it fit the PSU, but after that the GPU doesn't turn on, so I guess something fundamentally wrong with it. Luckily I haven't burned any of my equipment.
