The only downside to the product is that at first it wouldn’t charge and that was due to a “bent prong” in the battery. it wasn’t necessarily bent it was just pushed to the wall and needs to be pushed forward. Customer service was very helpful while I was extremely frustrated. They were patient and willing to fix my issue even if the prong wasn’t a problem. Having said that, I LOVE THIS CAR!! Mt boys love the car. The shock system on it is amazing. I swear the battery last forever. They rode about 2.5 hours the first day and the battery was still all the way green and they ride on grass, dirt, concrete and gravel. The wheels really grip when On the gravel and are so much better than the plastic wheels you normally get. I love the foam rubber wheels. The music system in it is perfect and they really love that. The Bluetooth feature is nice and my older son always wants me to connect. The remote is great but sometimes it just disconnects from the car when even when I’m close which isn’t a big deal for me. It could have been because my younger son will turn the car off when they are just sitting there but I haven’t figured it out yet. I love the lights so they can drive when it gets dark and I love that it has two buttons for the speed. It really goes in my opinion. The only thing that would be nice is a little “trunk” space as it has none but honestly a great purchase. We have only had it for a few days with it working so I will update if needed ... show more

Assembly was easy and the overall quality is good. Only negative aspects are one of the motor connectors' casing was falling apart (easily fixed by electrical tape) and the controller is a little touchy when trying to turn the wheels. My daughter loves it nonetheless.

There are positive things about this ride on car, however more negatives that out weigh the good. 1. The size of the ride on car is good, it’s wide enough to fit 2 VERY YOUNG SMALL KIDS. Definitely not 2 older kids though. 2. The metal frame looks and feels sturdy for sure 3. Battery life is a plus! Negatives: 1. The remote control feature is not SAFE. With the push of 1 button on the car it gives the child the ability to easily drive on their own 2. The remote control glitches constantly ie. when turning left the wheel will go full left for a second and then back straight immediately after, only way to over ride this is to continuously press left. (This is the main reason for the 1 star, safety is the most important feature to me) 3. The media functions are a cool gimmic but if a feature is added at least make it worth it, the speakers are almost non existent with sound 4. I can’t stand the pre loaded music, so I turned the volume down but each time my child presses the start stop button it resets the volume back up. 5. There where minor scratches and scuffs on the metal frame and plastic body parts right out of the box, being one of the more expensive ride on cars I expected better. 6. Lastly the car jerks when coming to a stop too abruptly. 7. Not a deal breaker for the car but for the company, I tried to process the return and needed to reach out to the seller and their turnaround time to respond to a message is just unacceptable. Overall because of the safety concerns over anything I DO NOT recommend this product as a parent! ... show more

This was perfect!! I have a 1 year old an 6 year old both ride it comfortably. My yard is full of steep hills I was very impressed with how well it did around my house!!! Very great gift for the kiddos if you’re looking to purchase one of these I highly recommend this!! Also loved it had pre-downloaded songs as well as radio an Bluetooth options very cool :) ... show more

Overall it’s a good product. I do think it’s smaller than we expected. I hoped with the weight limit higher than most that it would be a little bigger but it’s about the same size as others as you can see my tall 6 yr old is a little uncomfortable when using it. She still loves it and it’s held up pretty well so far. We got it as a Christmas present. It charges great. It wasn’t hard to assemble. And it doesn’t go very fast (a plus for us) I was expecting it to be a tad faster but overall I’m satisfied she can’t hurt herself and approve of the slower speed. She can also hook up her phone and play music, that’s a great feature. And it functions perfectly. It does sound like it’s having trouble going but that could just be its normal sound. My 6yr old weighs 50 lbs so she isn’t close to the weight limit but it sounds like it has trouble 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t like the wires for the battery and pedals. They are under the plastic seat just hanging out, I don’t feel it’s very safe. The kids can’t get to it as the seat is screwed down, but I worry about leaving it outside and how durable it would be. As of now we bring it inside every night which isn’t ideal. Or if there was an electrical issue, it could be dangerous for the plastic seat. Overall I feel that design element could have been better. Also one side of the vehicle says UTV and the other is backwards saying VTU, it’s a small thing but makes me feel like it’s cheaply made. I hope it will last a decent amount of time but I’m wary. Overall my daughter likes it and for her first electric car, it’s a win. ... show more

We bought this item less than a year ago. It worked for 8 months and now it will not turn on. It was kept out of the weather but seemed to do no good. When it WAS working, it was a great product that my 5 yr old and 2 yr old loved. Very sturdy. But the fact it quit after 8 months is ridiculous due to the price. ... show more

I ordered this item foe my kids as a christmas gifts. When it arrived the box was damaged. I contacted the seller they they were quick in response and we were able to work a solution. I know my kids will definitely love it. The remote control is nice feature to use. The car drives nice and smooth. My husband assembly it with ease (personally I probably won't be able to lol). I will see how good it works in the next months and I might concern getting another one. ... show more
