Product itself has a good outlook. I tried the serrated blade for both frozen and non-frozen food. The node for the thickness helps a lot when I tried to cut the raw ham with 1mm and steak with around 5mm. I also tried the non-serrated one for tomato, cheese, and carrot. All works smoothly! The only concern is I’m not sure how long the blade can last. I could not find the replacement blade as a product on Amazon, but I will keep searching. The cleaning is also easy. I just have to remove the blade and put it in the dish washer. The platform and the catching plate is also removable. Either wash or wipe works. I would say the best benefit is that I don’t have to buy any meat slice in the grocery store anymore: That is around 1lb/$18 vs a raw meat 1lb/$9, that could mean a break even after 10 times usage, especially when the hotpot season is coming! ... show more

This has taken my home cooking game to a new level that my family has approved. This slicer is amazing it has adjustable thickness that can let me slice everything I need to paper thin cuts if I want to I have tried this with roast beef and prosciutto and it works everything is evenly cut I have also tried it with some cheese bars that I bought and some big vegetables and it works. We like to cook hot pot very much. This machine helps us save money to buy sliced meat. We can just buy a big roast chuck and cut whatever we like. Also, it very safe to use and easy to clean.

Ive been looking for quite a while. I had previously owned one in this lower price range that was belt driven and that failed miserably. This is direct drive. While I wish the rpm was much higher, it sliced turkey and ham nicely. Clean up was easy because of design with one minor trouble spot... That is what Q-tips were made for. I have never had a meat, bread, etc slicer and I love it. We now buy bulk meats and cut them up ourselves. Saves us money and we are eating healthier. You can even cut bread, and I'm sure multiple other things. Super easy to use and cleans up isn't bad either.

I’ve always wanted one of these. I Like to purchase my meats in bulk and slice them myself. This was razor sharp and really cut well. The glider is smooth and it was really easy to clean. It holds a good size item to slice. We. Have also used it to slice veggies and cheese. Very happy with purchase.

I purchased this Slicer for making Deer jerky and other cuts of meat, this cuts meat like butter.
