This is PERFECT for staying organized during doctor's visits. Doctors were asking me where I got it, they loved it so much! One thought I made it because I'm an artist. The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I was looking for! As a teacher, having a pad like this with a few folders is great because I can easily carry it around with me in my classroom (I do not like to just stand in one place) while I make notes about students. I love the slim profile and the overall look. I wish all the hardware was the same color, but it’s not a deal break. I do not recommend this if you are looking for something where you can store a lot of documents, as the pockets on the front and back cover are just glued in place and made of a thick paper. There are 5 dividers with pockets on both sides of each one, but still, this is NOT a binder-like item when you can store a lot inside of it. I recommended this if you need something to jot down quick notes, store a few documents that you use daily, and ease pertaining to portability. I was expecting a standard size portfolio... not so...this is a tad over sized so check the dimensions better than I did. That said, I love the larger size as it works nicely as a lap desk when I'm in meetings where there's no tables...the cover is firm and sturdy and has a clip to hold paper, etc in place. There's plenty of room in the pocket folders for documents, and of course, the notepad slides into the back. The elastic keeps it securely closed so nothing slips out. I also purchased the teacher planner with the same cover design....people are commenting on my matching set and how nice it is. It is cardboard and so far it's holding up well. Durability wise, I think it will last a good while...I leave it in work so it won't be taking any abuse from being tossed in my tote. I definitely like this over-sized portfolio. ... show more
