I've had a similar clipboard for work but it got misplaced and I needed one for my clinical rotations. This one is a little bigger but I actually like how it's made. I don't have to fully open the entire clipboard when I use it or if I need to reference anything depending on where on the paper the information is located. It doesn't fit in any of my scrub pockets so the one that into a smaller rectangle might be the one for you if you prefer to have free hands while working.
