I ordered two of these chairs for my living room. I assembled the first one easily right by myself and love it so much. I began unboxing the second one and it was damaged with several places of cracks and breaks. I am still giving this 5 stars because I love the chair and will be receiving a replacement for the damaged chair next week. It was easy to complete the return and have a new chair sent and the damaged one picked up from my house for return. Overall I am happy with these chairs and can’t wait to receive the new one. The chair is very pretty, the pieces seem to be of nice quality, the instructions are horrible (definitely not written by a detail oriented bunch), the seat is very firm, the back cushion is not supportive enough so probably need to stick a pillow behind your back if sitting in it for an extended period of time. (note that in the photo there is a cover on the seat because my cat claimed it immediately) ... show more

Arrived undamaged, instructions and what screw length to use for which holes during assembly was very clear. Bottom cushion very firm and super thick which was great! The top cushion was a little squished from packaging so I just used a few handfuls of pillow filler from a pillow I was no longer using and I evened out the padding. Both top and bottom cushions have zippers so can come off for cleaning which is also a plus or for adding extra stuffing if ever needed, as i did. Comfy, 20 minutes to assemble alone. Feels very sturdy, definely 30 pounds. Solid! Love it! ... show more

We had high hopes for this chair based on reviews and the general look. The 41 pound box arrived; we took all the parts out and started assembling. The first two pieces that needed to be put together did NOT even come CLOSE to lining up. A good 1/4" off from where the screw should go from the seat into the back. Then I looked at the return policy! 30 days PLUS 7 days more to get a refund?? NOT IMPRESSED! Amazon; this is not acceptable; the seller should have the same refund policy as any other vendor on this website. The return had nothing to do with just not wanting the chair; it is DEFECTIVE. This chair was to complete a room we were getting ready for company. Now we have an empty space by our couch. I think I'll go to a REAL furniture store and buy a chair that is already assembled! ... show more
