I purchased the bike in late September 2023 and the bike came with in the desired time frame and was quite easy to assemble. I did take it to a bike shop after my assembly to make sure I put it together correctly since I'm not really mechanically inclined. They say I did good and I bought a rack and saddle bags for carrying stuff. The bike has great power and is very comfortable to ride. This is my 2nd e-bike and it is a big upgrade from my last bike which was only a 20 inch. This bike is big 26 inch and feels much more secure then my last bike. The computer gauge is nice and colorful and it has miles per hour and distance and trip gauge and other various controls as well. The battery is very accessible and easy to remove for charging. I've noticed when the bike is completely drained it's less than 8 hours to charge completely or overnight. I had a problem with the battery in January and contacted customer service about the battery issue. They had me send some requests to get a replacement battery since it was only 3 months old. I sent them some pictures and a video and my payment information and they were quite cooperative with me and addressed my situation and now they're sending me a replacement battery on them. So OSOERI is definitely a good bike and good company to back the bike in case you have issues for a full 2years ! This made my purchase stress free knowing they will fix what ever on the bike for 2 years and I'm glad I found this company and bike. I recommend this bike as there is nothing on Amazon or any other website that comes close to this bike for it's price! The motor and stability of this bike are equal to a bike twice this price ! I recommend buying this bike and model as I am very pleased with it's ajility and power and compfort it's easily a Cadillac of e-bikes for it's price and double it's price! Got 2 and both arrived in great condition, packed well, easy to put together with tools provided, went on a 5 mile ride everything worked great, top speed 20 mph without pedal assist, got up to 30 with pedal assist.good build quality and great value.

Out of box this was very easy to set up, tires have held up great, battery life has been good I've charged it twice now and put around 87 miles on the bike. I will say that with anything over pas 3 will drain the battery much faster than just sticking with pas 2, however you don't always need pas 4 or 5 if your going down trails 2 works just fine. It does great over bumps and the stock seat is great! (The rack and bag are not included I purchased those separately) Overall this bike is an incredible value for what you'll spend on it and I have no complaints so far. ... show more

My first ebike and fat tire bike after years of riding a mountain bike. Osoeri support is good at responding to inquiries. I did program the bike to go over 19.9 mph. It is very fun to ride, and I recommend the obvious to wear a helmet as I never did with my other bike. But this bike in PAS will easily get you to 30 mph. The only 2 cautions are don't round turns at quick speeds is there is any moisture on the path as it does tend to slip and my average battery life in PAS is around 45 miles but I've been riding it heavy and at higher speeds each day to get the workout. In PAS you will feel the workout. Overall, I recommend. Be safe! ... show more

The bike is really good looking and slick. The ride comfortably and smooth. If you are shorter person you might want to consider a step through. I'm 5'6 and have trouble standing with my feet on the ground because of the bar. Other than that the bike is fast, performs wonderfully. Installation was absolutely easy it comes almost fully assembled. 20 miles an hour is the max speed for full throttle unless you start pedaling with it. I've got it up to 28 mph no problem. I would recommend this bike to anyone. And I get a lot of compliments on it. ... show more

Buyer beware. I had a friend who purchased a nearly identical bike from Freesky on Amazon. I really liked his bike but found a better deal with this brand. Bike showed up well packaged and took an hour to unpack and assemble. It needed a full charge. The instructions say to hold the handlebar power on for two seconds. I did that and the lcd display came on and immediately turned off. After fiddling with it for 15 minutes I determined that I could pull the battery to reset and very briefly hit the power button to turn on. Too short and it does not turn on, too long and it shuts off. AND you have to have the battery key to remove the battery and do the process. My concern was going somewhere and have it shut off and not return. I contacted support and after a few days they responded and said for me to check the battery voltage. No issue there. That was over a week ago and now my email gets bounced back, in Chinese, saying their email server is full…(of complaints??). Net, I can get it to work, but am not impressed with support. I will update this with progress or lack thereof. Buyer beware! My buddy’s Freesky e-bike is working great though. ... show more

This is probably the best purchase I've made in a long time. I got a discount coupon which they still have you click and you get $150 off plus I signed up for the Amazon store card and got $100 certificate the bike ended up costing $650. This bike is as good as any $2,000 bike and I looked at the welds and they were solid it rides great it has dual suspension dual hydraulic brakes the Shimano gears and wonderful 4-in tires.
