Amazing I feel 20 percent better , I think the massage chair saved me a visit to the chiropractor. The machine is rough ,it does not have mercy in my back but is exactly what I needed .

Paul, If I understand what you are saying we are basically stuck with a $4000 intense massage chair with no recourse whatsoever. As an Orthopedic Surgeon for more than 30 years I know the difference between intense and agonizing excruciating pain. Do I have the option of at least trying this since your own people mentioned it to me. Otherwise I will certainly recommend to any other consumers to not get this debacle of a machine.     • You can get stuck in the chair.
We bought two of these chairs and one had major malfunctions and they company was challenging to work with. They sent out a repairman. He did not fix it. Had to call a few months later. Because more people got stuck in it. When dealing with the repairman, he cracked several times within the week. And now are still stuck with a broken massage chair.
