I have been using mine for a few weeks and it is awesome. It will keep you warm, it works great, you can feel the heat within seconds of turning it on. The jacket is solid quality too. My only complaint is I wish the battery life was longer. It will last several hours though. It also takes like 4 hours to complete charging. I’ll see if the sell replacement batteries to have a backup handy. Still a great purchase! ... show more

Bought a med. for my mother in January, it was too small so ordered a large and missed the window for return on the med. Starting to get cool here so I pulled the med. out to use for myself. The battery is dead and will not charge at all. Don’t know how common this is but make sure you test it while still within the 30 days. I’d like to revise my review to reflect the great customer service I received. After learning of the issue with the battery, they contacted me immediately and resolved it with a replacement battery. The jacket is very well made and frankly warm and cozy without the battery. Now having the ability to heat it up as intended makes it a true 5 star item. The media could not be loaded. I bought this heated vest to keep me warm in the cold office! It works great, has different levels of heat which are easy to adjust, and the battery lasts a good while! I keep the charging cord at the office and charge it up as needed. I hear people use this for outdoor events like soccer games, hunting, camping, etc. And I did wear mine to a cold outdoor concert once! But I love mine for indoor office use! ... show more

Ordered a size small and seems true to size. Charged up in about 2 hours the battery pack goes on the inside and doesn’t seem to be noticeable. So warm, in the pockets, neck, back and front. Adjustable temp settings and quick to warm up! Overall I think it’s a great buy for cold winters, hockey rinks etc. I will definitely get my money worth! ... show more

While the temps have not been cool enough to wear it yet, tried it out and love how it heats right up. Fit is perfect and true to size. Room for under armor underneath and light enough to wear jacket over it. Charges battery fits nicely on pocket and isn’t at all bulky to carry.

I love this vest. I am always cold...all seasons...and it is so easy to find just the right temperature by using the high medium or low settings. The zone around the neck and the hand pockets is particularly nice. I wear it around the house with my "always hot" husband. I also used it when a family member was in the hospital for a week. I was there for 8 days and no matter where I was...waiting room, ICU, hospital room, hallways...I was so comfortable. I have been so impressed I even bought an extra battery so I could switch out and not lose a single day of comfort! As a side note, the vest suddenly stopped working after about 8 months ie: the power button came on fine, the battery was charged, but simply no heat. i reached out to the Customer Service phone number on the Ororo website, got a real person, clear instructions on the return, and had a new vest within 7 days. I will absolutely order from Ororo in the future and will recommend to my friends. ... show more
