I use this pan to cook eggs in. It is not heavy like cast iron, but it is heavy enough that it doesn’t slide and spin on my glass cooktop. The bottom is very flat and heats up evenly and quickly. I also love that it comes with a lid! I am sure i will find other uses besides eggs as well.

I did have a video, but Amazon wants too much access for me to add it, so you'll just have to take my word for it. The very first time I used one of the small pans it was to make eggs. It clearly states do NOT use any spray/aerosol oils. So, I didn't. Instead, I didn't use anything. That was a mistake. Not a non-stick part on that pan. It was not on high heat as the seller told me it must have been to have things stick. So, I kept the set even though it's not nonstick because it's so pretty and very well made.
