Within the first few days of taking this, I felt an immediate increase in energy. By the time I had been taking it for a month straight, my hormonal cycle started regulating and symptoms around it lessened dramatically. Less bloating, less cramping, less mental angst and emotional swings. For the first time in years, the length of days in between my period lengthened and my actual period length shortened. I tried increasing from two 3-drop doses a day, and was able to increase to two 8-drop doses a day over the course of three months...slow and steady wins the race as it simultaneously detoxes as it regulates. Because I love a good trial and error, I discontinued taking this for a month to see what would happen. Never again. My period came 4 days early and lasted two days longer than when I was consistently taking this. The taste isn't phenomenal, but it is well worth the benefits. I just try to put the drops as far back on my tongue as possible and quickly chase it with water. You do eventually adjust to the taste, but I wouldn't say I ever arrived to a place where the taste was enjoyable. I wish this had been recommended to me years ago before I literally spent a few thousand dollars on trying to regulate my cycle and deal with the root issues of my symptoms surrounding it in conjunction with clean and intentional eating for female hormonal health. The iodine drops were great. I have no complaint with the product. I would put 3-4 drops in a teaspoon full of coffee, then I’d chase it with a swig. The taste is kind of earthy and astringent, but it’s not bad. Unfortunately, I seem to have an allergy or intolerance to iodine, and I developed an itchy rash on my neck and had to stop using the product. ... show more

I started taking a lose dose iodine (150mcg) to help with my cold feet. I noticed that my breasts got softer. I have lumps from my breast reduction surgery and hard breast issue. My breasts were hard ever since I started developing. It was just something I live with and monitored. I had no idea that was a potential benefit of taking iodine. I started researching the benefits of iodine and decided to purchase this product. I take about 12 mg A-day. I took the product for 2 weeks before my 1st cycle, on the iodine, started. I had decreased PMS, Zero cramping, And zero bloating. But for tracking my cycle, I probably would have had an accident because I had No symptoms. It just came on and was light!!!!! Little did I know, I was in for the surprise of a lifetime. My cycle was 75% less fluid. It was pretty much over by day 3. It had gotten to the point where I would go through one Box of ultra 26 tampons, per cycle, plus pads for bleed through. I am still on 1 box and I've had my 2nd cycle on iodine. For my 2nd cycle, I wasn't taking my iodine as regularly, as the first cycle. I kept reading about over use and wanted to pull back. I did not have any symptoms of too much iodine but you know how the main stream medicine can get to you. ANYWAYS.. My 2nd cycle had some cramps but nothing serious. You know like the kind of cramps you can feel in your feet? Absolutely nothing like that. No bloating, no extreme sugar cravings. I was LITERALLY unbothered by my 1st cycle. 2nd one was 1 of 10. I popped some extra iodine and helped my symptoms go away. My breasts are brand new! I don't recognize them. The fibrotic tissue is gone. They are softer and rounder. I have not noticed any sensitivity with my cycle. Soooo soft. I haven't been cold for a month now. My winter thermostat was on 78. I can keep it on 73 now. I read some stuff about B1 and iodine. Can't remember exactly but I take a bcomplex supplement and pop a b1 supplement 2 days week to keep a balance. I also take a liquid trace mineral solution every but I was doing that before the iodine. I called an ex friend, who I haven't spoken to in 5 years, to share this information. I am sharing it with every woman I know. Iodine is a GAME CHANGER. I have fibroids and cysts. I had them measured in October. I will update in 2 months (May 2023) to see if they are shrinking.
