I discovered the Lion's Mane herb while studying herbs. It did indeed prove useful in helping me remember things more quickly and easily. I eventually lit upon using the NutraHarmony brand available here at Amazon because it afforded me the ability to get a single bottle with 120 capsules at a time a
t a very reasonable cost. This ensured I had my product for two full months. I find the capsules go down easily as well, an important consideration for older people with swallowing issues. I am one. I also like the fact that the product is organic.

Not the best but really good. Enhance memory and brain function for sure. The one I really liked was removed. I wonder why? too raw maybe. I will buy again

Not sure I’ve noticed a difference

I’ve been using this for a few months now but I can’t determine if I’ve really noticed a difference. I may stop taking it to see if I notice any negative effects from it. Everyone is different, so may be worth trying because Lions Main has great studies proving its benefits.🤷♀️
