This toothbrush came recommended which is always a help! Mine did not come with a case which was not a deal breaker, however I would have liked one but did not think about it when ordering. The brush powered up overnight! When I use it tonight I will try the second power as it is very effective on the first (most powerful). Either way I was very satisfied with it more than my last one which was more expensive! Directions are very helpful in describing how each quadrant should be done. I would buy this model again! Overall, great toothbrush. Gets the job done and makes my teeth feel more clean than with a regular non electric toothbrush. My only complaint is that the head is a bit small and that it brushes a bit hard. Aside from that, I’d say it’s a good purchase.

I bought this brush to replace an older Oral-B model. I felt the old one wasn't as powerful as it once was and it was time for an upgrade. Either my old one was getting weaker or could hold a candle to the power of this new brush. It is powerful, cleans great and I love that I can get off brand replacement brushes that look just the the ones that came with the brush at the fraction of the cost. This brush was less expensive than some other Oral-B models and although I can not compare how well they work, this one for the fourth of the price as a similar comparison works just great for me. ... show more

I have used Sonicare for nearly 20 years, and it does a good job. However, I always had a problem cleaning around the canines, right where the angle changes. This OralB one with the round brush head and rotating cleaning action is absolutely 💯 better at cleaning the hard to reach area. This also cleans the back molars much more effectively as well. I switched (after many, many years) from the Sonicare to the Oral-B Pro 1000, when my old brush finally died. I've been using the Oral-B for about a month now. At first it seemed like it would send toothpaste flying everywhere, because the brush head stem is larger than the old toothbrush. But now I don't wet the brush/paste before using it (plenty of saliva in my mouth) and things are much better. However, it does seem quite loud while brushing (feels like a hedge trimmer sound in my mouth). When turning it on outside my mouth, as when I clean it off, it's not loud at all though. I do like how it warns me I am applying too much pressure by lowering the sound. Very noticeable for me. And I feel I am getting a better brushing than I did with my old brush. All in all I definitely would recommend this brush to family and friends. It is a nice toothbrush at a good price. ... show more
