It's attractive, feels good in my hand, fits well in my mouth, and you can just feel it doing a good job brushing. I also love the base to store it on, and it's so much easier to change the head than on the other brands I used. Having a rechargeable battery is a big plus, too. The power is consistent and the brush does not slow down as the battery loses its charge. like the brushes with replaceable batteries did. The toothbrush heads are sturdier and last longer, too! As for the timer, I completely ignore that. It takes me longer than 2 minutes to brush my teeth if I want to pay attention and do a good job so I really don't see a need for that feature. Works great. I liked the on/off switch and the low charge warning light on my old one better. These are small. It works great and charges nicely. Last one lasted 7 years. I think Oral-B is a good value. I only need one tooth brush. The mint color is pretty.

I've had the more expensive models in the past & liked them. They were very smooth running without vibration. Given inflation with everything costing more, decided to buy this one because cheaper. It works fine but is much different. Runs at a much slower RPM, has more vibration & is louder. To be expected because of lower price. This toothbrush came recommended which is always a help! Mine did not come with a case which was not a deal breaker, however I would have liked one but did not think about it when ordering. The brush powered up overnight! When I use it tonight I will try the second power as it is very effective on the first (most powerful). Either way I was very satisfied with it more than my last one which was more expensive! Directions are very helpful in describing how each quadrant should be done. I would buy this model again! I bought this brush to replace an older Oral-B model. I felt the old one wasn't as powerful as it once was and it was time for an upgrade. Either my old one was getting weaker or could hold a candle to the power of this new brush. It is powerful, cleans great and I love that I can get off brand replacement brushes that look just the the ones that came with the brush at the fraction of the cost.
