NEW INFORMATION - 9/12/23 I took my bike to a different city. I road on side streets and sidewalks. Used pedal assist most of the time, and the roundtrip was roughly over 30 miles, maybe more. I road on hills, flat streets, traffic, ect. The sidewalks here really need cleaning up. Too much debris and the humans that drive their vehicles are rude and don't seem to care about bicyclists. BE CAREFUL! Wear a body cam and install rear and front cameras! Only used one battery, and upon arriving home, my battery was at one bar (or dot). Brakes were making noise right out of the box, and are pretty annoying still. Been having conversations with the seller in hopes of finding a solution. Best customer service so far. Very helpful and I highly recommend this company. Good starter e-bike. Somewhat heavy, so someone who is shorter or not able to lift, not a good pick. But someone of average weight and height, definitely purchase! Can hold a lot of cargo. Just received baskets and waiting for instructions on how to install rear basket. FUN BIKE! Thank you Oraimo! FYI-Manual I received with the bike are different from the actual manual on the Amazon page. Arrived a week early! Thank you so much. Brakes are noisy.. How do I stop them from squealing? This is my only transportation and I have been researching e-bikes for over 5 months now. Easy to put together, however, the drawings in the book and the instructions on front wheel were a little confusing. Watch the video first or while putting bike together. Finally figured it out since this was my first time ever, putting this type of bike together. My dad helped me and we got it done. 1-Packaging was great. No dents or scratches. 2-Video on how to assemble... watch it first! 3-Have someone strong to help lift front of bike up in order to put wheel on and to not bend the disc brake. 4-Make sure everything is tightened and assembled correctly before riding. 5-Pedal assist is awesome. Keep on one for a little assistance while riding, or on 5 to better be able to go up hills. On flat roads, one works just fine. 6-So far, I am very pleased with the customer service, and my bike arriving early. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Great price too. Bought as a Christmas present, used only 3 times before return window closed. On 4th use, after return window, bike would not work, contacted customer service, super responsive, fault finded through pic sharing and sent a whole new wheel set free of charge very quickly, bike was back working in under 2 weeks Highly recommend based on customer support and very high quality frame design, it is very capable of carrying extra passengers etc Update 29-May-24: have over 50 miles on the new wheelset, bike is going super, take it out every weekend with my oldest kid for some local touring. My wife and I bought the bikes after looking at many of them. These bikes a heavy duty. We've used them on the pavement and on the grass. Obviously it is much more difficult to pedal riding them on the grass, but the 750 motor delivers plenty of power and the bikes move with ease. It does however provide a workout. ... show more

It came on time and my husband was very impressed with how easy and study it is , the only complaint I have is that if your a smaller person like myself it’s a bit heavy,the batteries are long lasting and it comes with 2 attached and easy to switch over we went over 35 miles and mine was still full charged as for my husband it was still charged but going faster due to he is a bigger guy, the power and speed is fantastic no issues on limestone or dirt,just fun. ... show more

The bike is superior in so many ways to the fold-up 50 pound ebike it immediately replaced. I just added a mirror and a lock. ( see picture) Unpacking and set up was easy just see their videos if needed. The fat tires are nice for this senior as is the extra power. Remember this puppy is heavy. But extremely well made and thought out. The saddle bags are supper and weather protected too. I am over 200 pounds 6'2" and the bike is great for me... IMVHO... We live in coastal hills of North San Diego and if I use light #1 power to stay with the wife on her 50 pound fold- up Ancheer we also bought from Amazon, BTW, THE BATTERY LASTS FOR A LONG LONG TIME. Note that I use one battery is on at a time - lasts so great - that way. Anyway saw a price drop - so it it a hell of good deal... Cheers ebikers! Best wishes to all of you... ... show more
