I just make sure to finish 2 hours before bedtime so my body relaxes from the good stress. I’m taking 1 star off because of the false advertising of the insert blanket. I decided to give it a go. My body was very sore after an intense workout session 3 days in a row. I was surprised at how easy it was to use this.
