These little dishes are the cutest, you guys! Their petite size works perfectly for single-serve portions of baked pasta or shepherd's pie. I ordered these items to use in our vacation cabin, where it's typically only hubby and I unplugging and enjoying the gorgeous vistas of the blue ridge mountains. These 20 ounce dishes can be used for a small individual baked dish, or in our case, to bake a couples portion of Brussels sprouts or carrots and potatoes. These dishes nest inside each other, maximizing storage in our smaller kitchen space. These dishes come nicely presented and packaged. I love the crisp clean white ceramic color. So far I've been able to use this in my Ninja oven to make au gratin potatoes. Each dish is perfectly proportioned for two people or two servings for one person. Clean up is fairly easy although you do have to use a release agent if you're baking cheese in these. Nicely made dishwasher safe and oven safe au gratin dishes. Used a few times now for making French onion soup and they've worked really well. The size is pretty nice for a large individual portion. They look pretty nice overall. I am a little worried about the handles, as they are pretty thin, I feel like they could have been solid instead, but so far they've held up fine even though I've bumped them together loading into the dishwasher. I love this set of 4 individual casserole/ramekin set. They are great quality and are very well crafted. They’re dishwasher and oven safe. They feel durable and have some nice weight to them. The ramekins themselves feel smooth with no rough edges. I love that they have handles as well. I can easily use them for individual shepherds pie or casseroles. They’re also perfect for making crème brûlée! They look so aesthetic and really jazz up any dinner or dessert. It makes the eating experience that much more fancy.
