  • They work well. A little larger than expected
I purchased the Hearing Aids to help with mild/moderate hearing loss in both ears. I don't have medical insurance and wasn't able to afford audiologist-fitted aids. They were delivered quickly, came in a nice storage box with instructions and cleaning equipment. The base is small and not noticeable on the counter. The aids charge quickly and are easy to operate. I have smallish ears and ear canals so I selected the smallest ear pieces. I like that they are silicone and non-irritating. I forget they are there, the ear pieces are so comfortable. I was disappointed with the size of the actual hearing device, though. Again, I have smaller ears and wear glasses. The hearing device sits on top of my glasses because there isn't enough room between the glasses earpiece and my head for the aid. It's inconvenient at best and can cause some irritation with the tubing into the ear at worse. The hearing device moves when I move my glasses, chew, talk. It's just a minor irritation and that is why I am giving 4 stars. Otherwise I am very happy with them. ... show more

  • Working but need more volume.
I ruined my hearing by firing firearms, and pistols to the point that I cannot hear the radio in my car without turning the volume up to maximum. I ordered these hearing amplifiers on October 10, 2022, and received them two days later. This was the first hearing amplifier I ever used. They fit my ears perfectly and are not noticeable. However, the devices do not amplify the source sound loud enough for my particular needs. I notice when wearing them I hear crumplings of paper and other high pitch noises that I never heard before. But I still have problems hearing someone talking to me and have to say what did you say often during a conversation? I'm still wearing them and waiting for things to improve. Maybe I should wear them for a few months to see if things improve. ... show more

  • Worked better than $2000 hearing aid
Bought for my mom because she could never hear me on the phone with current hearing aid (she paid $2000 for) which is extremely important as I live 800+ miles away. She also really liked the fact that it was over the ear as she has had her old one fall out a couple of times. Noise cancelling didn't seem to work really well in a very noisy restaurant but in community room at her residence it seemed to be okay. When talking on the phone she was able to hear clearly. Time will tell how they hold up. ... show more

  • Good for what you pay, just might have to tinker with the ear domes a bit
I have mild to moderate hearing loss, and have a lot of difficulty hearing in environments with a lot of complex noise and background sounds. Restaurants, group discussions in class, lectures--they were all becoming very difficult for me. I can hear louder sounds just fine usually, and can tell when a person is speaking but have a very hard time sorting out similarly sounding noises such as words. I have hearing damage from recurring ear infections as a kid and teen, and also have very small canals. Over the last year it had gotten substantially worse, and I went to see an audiologist but could not afford the very expensive prescription aids they suggested. Over the counter hearing aids just entered the market though, and I wanted to see if they did anything to help and I have found they genuinely help with hearing better! The noise cancelling is decent, and the volume control is good. It does not cancel 100% of background noise, but for the price they do a good enough job. the ear domes they came with made my ears sore, but the device itself is very secure and does not move around once I insert the domes and adjust the tubes over my ears. I just ordered open-fit ear domes that have a much smaller circumference separately and they fit onto the tubes perfectly and are much more comfortable with my small ear canals. I did not read the instructions very thoroughly before I put them on and promptly ended up in a full-on meltdown in my afternoon lecture after becoming severely overstimulated. Do not be me, read the instructions unlike I did. After going home and pulling the manual out of my trash, I discovered that you have to slowly get used to them and it is best to not use them in loud complex noise environments for the first week or so. I definitely suggest listening to this. Wear them at home for the first few times to get yourself used to how they feel. Also, it takes some time for your brain to figure out how to hear through them. It sounds pretty good, but it is weird at first. It can kinda feel like you are listening to everything via a realtime podcast of all the sounds in your surroundings. This does eventually go away. Take breaks when you need to, especially if you get migraines easily. I may have been a bit stubborn and tried to tough it out the first few times without a break, and I definitely triggered some migraines... Overall, I can understand conversations much easier, and also I have been told by my friends that the volume control of my own voice is much better. Also, I do ballroom dance and was able to find the beat of the songs significantly easier and I have noticed a difference already in how much better I follow the downbeats. My partner used to have to count me in to start every dance, but she did not have to do it hardly at all last practice. It was awesome. For the price I am very satisfied with this product, and would definitely recommend for help with mild to moderate hearing loss. ... show more

  • Not bad but not great…
I wanted to wear these aids a couple of weeks before posting a review. I have moderate hearing loss and struggle with tone, large spaces and filtering noise. I have been using aids and amplifiers for 20 years. I was very hopeful with this purchase. The good is the noise cancellation works really well. Unfortunately here’s the bad: Volume does not raise high enough like other aids I’ve had. They don’t seem to get loud enough for my needs and I never use full volume on my other aids. The charging dome constantly tips over or the aids in the charging dome shift around if slightly disturbed. The carrying case is too small to fit the aids and squishes them inside. The tube begins to hurt top of ear after all day use and I have small ears. Tube seems shorter than on other aids. I have no choice but to use these for now till I can get other aids but I won’t purchase again. ... show more

  • Great product great price convenient and easy to use!
I purchased these hearing aids for my wife this past Christmas. She has had several pair in the past including one really expensive set and was not too satisfied with their performance. I found the onebridge on Amazon seemed to have great reviews so I bought them for her and wow was she a happy camper. They are convient and quick to charge in the case. Have a good steady sound and she uses them often. She says they are comfortable in her ears all the time she is using them and definitely worth trying. Great price, great product, she is highly satisfied with them.take ... show more
