The product is ok but missing parts can't contact manufacturer because their is no info for them and Amazon said I can return it. Big hassle to return since I opened it so waste of time had to make a MacGyver part and it's up. Bed I nice easy to assemble but up to you if you want to take the chance for parts missing.
