The only thing I can say about this product is that it worked I really really liked it but it’s too expensive. I can’t afford to keep buying it and nothing else has worked as well as this if I could get a better price I would really really like to get this again and again and again it does work

I purchased these for my gpa and he has been taking them for about 2 months to help with neck pain. He asked me to reorder some as he can tell a difference. He is 83yo and worked his whole life so has neck, back and joint pain. He feels they help with neck pain the most! He does wish cost was less but they’re frugal so. As a nurse I do wish these cost less as most elderly who need them are on a fixed budget. At first I was not sure of the product, but if you stay with it and use the product as instructed, gradually you see relief after about 3 weeks or so for me. I'm still using and will continue as I can now rise from the chair without being in pain, can stand to cook and do dishes without pain and walk better; however, I feel it depends on the person as not everyone is the same, but being consistent and using it regularly is important. ... show more

Very easy to swallow, the only thing is having to take 4-gels for 2-mos., then I a day. So far they seem to be helping for the week I've been on, so I'll see in about 2 mos. what the results are I reordered multiple bottles so I don't run out.
