The infrared heaters adjust between 158 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to cook a wide variety of foods at their ideal temperature. We use this daily in our Sandwich shop in Taft Ca. Route 33 Sandwich Company. Its turned on daily from 9AM to 4 PM. We cook bacon and heat meat, melt cheese, toast bread and make hot sandwiches.
