I have added these to my daily routine. I have been on a weight-loss journey since January and I am down 25 pounds with mostly diet, alone. I added these into my routine around May when I hit a plateau I couldn't break through to see if they helped at all. I was anorexic in my 20's and I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is shot and losing weight is very difficult for me. I also have fibromyalgia, which makes working out difficult. I can't say these 'work' to boost metabolism, but I enjoy taking them. They taste good. I eat one shortly after I drink my morning coffee. I let it completely melt in my mouth before I swallow it and I wait about 15-20 minutes before I drink 16 ounces of water. I want to lose about 15 more pounds and I'll continue to use these in my journey. ... show more

First off, these taste good as hell. The texture is very similar to peach rings and there’s no weird aftertaste. They’re pretty simple, I would take just one on an empty stomach in the morning. I can’t tell what’s a side effect and what the product is trying to do, but there is some slight stomach discomfort and it gives you a sensation of being full. They’re obviously not Ozempic strength miracle gummies, but they do make you feel fuller and reduce cravings for sweet.
