Great chairs!! Our company added three dozen of these chairs to our office lounge last year. So when it came time to replace our old kitchen chairs at home I immediately purchased these. My luck they were also on sale! For the price, they’re sturdy, stylish, comfortable and super easy to assemble. In order to better match our kitchen and living room areas, I did stain the legs with two coats of Varathane stain in Weathered Gray and one coat of Clear Satin finish. Several reviews mentioned that assembly was difficult. The first chair of the set was almost impossible to put together and I sweated and swore for an hour and ended up with a wobbly chair. When I started on the second chair I realized that the allen wrench in hardware was larger than the one for the first chair. I was able to assemble the second chair in five minutes and it was rock solid. The last two went together that quickly, and I spent another minute tightening the screws for the first chair with the proper tool. As owner of multiple businesses I'm often searching for quality, low cost furniture. It's almost unbelievable to me that I got 4 of these chairs for only $85. They look very good and appear to be very sturdy. They come with well packaged parts and a tool for assembly and assembly is very very simple. I'll use them at work but I assembled them at home and I was able to compare them to a set I got at Pottery Barn.
